  1. There's the fundraiser this weekend which I'm not entered in, then there is an ACWA one on 3/9 but it's just games and teams. 30th of October is the ACWA double header
  2. 11 weeks until my next agility trial....
  3. The Gosnells agility trial too I believe?
  4. Oh wow he is just toooooo adorable!!!!!!!!! @ ninja style
  5. Awww too cute!!! Smooth coated? I love JRTs I look forward to hopefully meeting her one day :D
  6. Oh yeah you're right RV her name was Maddie - I think she was 8 or 9??
  7. Im not sure what the rules are with handling but their is a girl who runs her parents dog at agility trials - she must be about 12 I think?
  8. At a guess, I'd say all working spots are already gone... ;) Yep that's a pretty safe bet lol
  9. I don't see why there would be a problem with him auditing though since he wouldn't be handling a dog.
  10. Joelle - don't see why he couldn't go - could just email them and check
  11. If you want a working spot best to reply ASAP - the spots usually go quickly.
  12. I would love to but will be in shark bay that weekend.
  13. By the time the ET is on again we will have reverted back to being lazy
  14. Oh yeah my dog was too little last year. There are bikes at Big W for $98 It's still too cold for C25K :p Tiggy - why 2013?
  15. Didn't we say this last year? I don't even have a bike anymore! Mine got given away because I never used it and it was collecting rust
  16. Yeah actually you are probably right there Mirawee! Trixie sleeps for most of the day but when I get home - She goes crazy, from the moment I get home to the moment we go to bed and her preferred way of burning off energy is ZOOMIESSSSS I play with her a lot, I have no other option Should do the ET with her or something but I'm scared of building up her fitness levels
  17. There's a dog labelled a Manchester Terrier on that site - but it bears no resemblance except it is black and with tan points, but not the right shade of tan. Do you volunteer there or something CC? I always feel bad for the little old dogs on those sites They should be spending their twilight years at someones feet being loved. I think a Kelpie would be fine in that situation - my brother's dog is a rather high energy Kelpie X BC and is left at home alone all day, then he gets home and either plays with her or takes her for a run or bike ride, takes her with him on the weekends, if she was doing agility that would keep her stimulated enough with a walk / run on non training days. She easily goes a day without exercise, I think most dogs would though wouldn't they? ETA: She's a bit too high energy for my tastes though
  18. Except Manchester Terriers, they seem to mature at "big Dog" speed I think Kelpies mature quite fast, the ones I have met anyway
  19. Yes.. my two year old still chews things, killed a pillow on Saturday, has been shredding my new rug... my fault though has been a bit crazy lately and she hasn't had as much stimulation as she needs. I think a Kelpie would be alright too provided it was one with an off switch, you should be able to get a good idea of temperament and energy levels if you get one that has been in foster care?
  20. No not the dogswest agm, the acwa one :-D
  21. How funny - AGM next week - we can all stick around for free cake
  22. I can't, I'm in class! Can't you hang around til 8 so I can check
