  5. Ptolomy you must be so proud! Congratulations!! :( :D Well done Scoota and of course Ptolomy too ;) Are Lara or Blaize OC's or is Scoota the first of your kids to get it?
  6. I'm so sorry for your loss Puggles Hope you are doing ok RIP Mollie
  7. Jumping should not be done prior to 12 months, so as not to damage growing joints You can practice with bars on the ground, but I don't think they should be higher than elbow height. There is PLENTY you can start doing without jumping though Starting as early as you like: Teaching stays, sits, drops etc Teaching them to run on either side of you and not cross behind you (circle work / flat work) Also getting them used to tunnels, and having moving surfaces under their feet, such as a low wobble board, also your local club may offer a puppy class which may have baby equipment such as a baby A-frame, and baby see saw etc.
  8. I love this little guy, he is so clever, the way he can skate I love the way he pushes himself of the ramps and everything And going down the stairs And water skiing So clever

  11. Raw. I forgot about Apple, I'll have to try that next
  12. Just thought I'd mention that I did a training session using just small cubes of sweet potato and pumpkin today, and he loved it once he realised he would get more if he ate it quickly and kept training he was downing them quick smart, no more 'chew for 5 minutes, spit out to investigate, chew it again'
  13. I am so so sorry CDM :D
  14. I usually only give him meats (ham, sausage, chunkers etc) and cheese But I am going to try some vegies now and see how he'll go Wish me luck, usually when i feed him vegies he has to go to the back lawn and 'inspect' it before slowly consuming it :p (and yes I am talking about little tiny pieces) so it will be interesting to see how he goes with it at training
  15. Some fantastic ideas in this thread
  16. Stonegrace, I have one I don't use if you would like it you can have it. I bought it from the agility club but I got given a Black Dog one and don't use the other one (actually I barely use my Black Dog one either ) It is green, about 20cm long. Let me know ETA I'm at K9 every Tuesday and can pop over at weekends if you want me to drop it off
  17. Dealsdirect don't have crates in stock at the moment, they are still saying 'coming soon' I find THIS to be a pretty descriptive program for crate training.
  18. According to this thread Hydrobaths Australia went into voluntary administration: http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?show...aths++australia Are they still trading now?

So so sorry for your loss BT
  20. What the.... ----- I don't fast Kyzer, except skipping breakfast on training day but that is pretty tame anyway because the treats more than make up for it I have heard the argument that it is good though, just don't feel the need to do it to my dog. ;)
  21. I'll buy some furry stuff ;) *no, no, must save money, resist temptation to go to spotlight* :D
  22. What Ptolomy said :D You can get clips from Bunnings, and other places That reminds me I have been meaning to make one for a while ;)
  23. I emailed affordable agility for postage on a tunnel once and it was well over $200 Ruthless, I have seen similar kits on Ebay for about $99 but no tyre or closed tunnel, just a short open tunnel, weavers, pause box and a jump. Looks very flimsy though
