I think she knew I hadn't been home because I didn't know whether trixie had been naughty or not. And because she probably hasn't seen me from her vantage point under the window yet :D

No kyzer is both of ours, we just choose sides boys Vs girls Trixie is more my dog but he still loves her, mostly when I'm not looking I'm at work! Probably couldve been gone an hour or so ago but got distracted :D thought I'd keep the GM company, he has a submission he has been lumped with at short notice so I was helping him with some other mundane tasks so he can go home to his poor little family!

Me too, or I'll never hear the end of it "Your puppy did this, your puppy did that, my dog is a perfect angel, blah blah blah!" :D My poor little Trixie-buns

Awww, that's cute. My dogs don't tell me if they are out of water, I wish they would, it would save me having to check it all the time Our old dog used to have a particular bark she would make if she wanted water, she'd stand by the dish and look at you and bark in a very bossy and annoyed tone, demanding little cow she was :D

No way, I'd never be facetious RubyStar and I are both allergic to early mornings, dreadful things they are. ETA: Although, this morning I got up an hour early and walked the dogs (purely to prevent another one of OH's work boots getting eaten by a bored puppy) Blerk. ETAA: I'm yet to hear if my prevention strategy was successful, no news is good news, right?

My dogs get fed at random times, might be early or late, usually twice a day, but since we don't have a 'routine' as such they never expect food at a certain time. Also I use a fair bit of food at training so they might not have dinner those nights, and a small meal those mornings. I like to keep them guessing I have only fed them once a day on occasion, they didn't seem all that bothered about the missing meal to be honest, maybe slightly more hypo (if it's possible)

If only all the dog stuff was on in the evening, hey RS

Ouch Valley! ;) Get better soon!
-
I know I should do stuff before work but I'm a terrible morning person... I'm trying to change wait, you sold your place? Awesome!!!

I've been neglecting Trixie and as a result she destroyed one of OH's work boots yesterday Completely gutted it! Oops. So I'd better give her a bit of mental and physical stimulation tonight! Just going to do some agility basics with her and for Kyzer we are going to teach that 'HERE' means 'come here to ME', not 'go through the shiny TUNNEL, weeeeeeeeee!'

Video worked for me.... Wow, what amazing dogs! (And good trainer too) Quite an assortment of dogs there!

He goes to the toilet in a bucket and lowers it down to the ground and his son empties it.
-
At least he would've got a shower! I bet he was smelling pretty bad.

 Ozjen - they flew some SES people from over East to help with clean ups etc. Not sure about labourers though.

Tobylarone Hey that's good Valley, you'll have Toby weaving like a pro in no time! I was reading that PDF thinking it sounded familiar then realised it's the method Susan Garrett first uses in her book Shaping Success, then saw mention of the book in the PDF. Yes I need to do some serious weaving. Might go crack the whip to get my equipment builder to hurry up and make them.

Last night at training someone in another class had a medium i-squeak, their dog was sitting there squeaking it over and over... poor little Kyzer's eyes just about popped out of his head trying to locate it and do you think I could get him to ignore it? I even showed him the one I had in my pocket but no, he wanted the super loud one he could hear. Next time please don't share the i-squeak love around quite as much, Ptolomy ;)

Hopefully my cheque book will get here this week! Exciting.
-
If an ad for an agility trial in the Canine News doesn't specify who to make the cheque payable to, do you just make it out to the club? This is for the SRAODC double header and also the GSDA trial. Regards, Trial noob ;)

What happened to your little puppy! I love the bulging eyeballs in the first shot

What method are you going to use for Toby's weavers, Valley?

That sounds pretty good to me
