  1. Here you go http://mcdonalds.com.au/#/careers
  2. I forget that we have really good grounds here, I'm so used to them and I've never seen any interstate. Just another reason you should move! Yes I think it's a good idea ;)
  3. That's no good, shame your grounds aren't used like ours are.
  4. What do you mean, I'm already convinced! That sounds pretty good too!
  5. BCF has them for $139 here at the moment.
  6. Oh didn't notice the other newbie! Welcome Spyke88! Spider is a lovely looking boy.
  7. Awww, I hope you bring him to a DOL meet one day (very soon ;) ) ;) Then when the public see a Dobe puppy in comparison to Trixie they might believe me when I tell them she's not one Are you going to take him to obedience or anything like that? The Dobe club have obedience training at the Dogswest grounds on Tuesdays, it's only for Dobes. Or there are a few other clubs around.
  8. Awwwww, look at him, adorable! Those paws are huge! If you need help cropping your sig photo let me know, happy to help.
  9. Funny you mention the ball / food thing, last night Kyzer was playing with his isqueak, I gave both dogs a big meaty lamb bone each and he started eating his but then remembered the ball and stopped, he was standing there looking at the ball and the bone as if torn between the two You could really see the pain and confusion in his eyes
  10. Hmmm, well we're not very consistent :D We might get there one day It would be an awesome day if my 300 dog beat the bigger dogs
  11. Just had a look on their site, 10 cones for $10, that's not too bad.
  12. Does anyone know where to buy cheap marker cones? Would Kmart or similar sell them?
  13. Oh bugger! Lucky I stocked up on them before the storm! (they were on special) Mine like those Natures Gift treats heaps! And dried liver which is a good fallback. But anything that's got too much cereal in it, like baked bone biscuits etc gets rejected (I don't blame them!)
  14. The only fenced one I know of is the Kwinana one, sorry Jenni. Asbestos? Jeez that's not good!
  15. We should all bring our dogs favourite treats to training tonight then test them out with Rosie in a process of elimination There must be something that gets her going!
  16. MM - I know Kyzer has no chance of ever beating BCs, Kelpies, etc, but we still have a lot of fun and he loves it which makes it worth it. You don't have to come first to get titles, you just have to get clear rounds within the set course time. As PF said, it's about accuracy and consistency, if the fastest dog isn't going where he is told to go then his speed isn't worth much!
  17. Have you tried the 4legs treats with her RFT? She always seems pretty interested in them when they are in my pocket Thanks for the reminder, I had forgotten Goldfish memory.
  18. The medium is bigger than a tennis ball, but my Tenterfield can fit it in his mouth. Don't have a picture though sorry.
  19. Yep, they're pretty much the exact same size, but no legs
  20. When my dog had conjunctivitis, I used lukewarm boiled water (was recommended not to use salt because if you put too much in it can burn the eye) and would hold her eye open, drip the water gently into her eye then she would blink a few times, this would flush most of the gunk out, then I would wipe it off very very gently with a cotton pad or cotton bud. I also tried chamomile tea (recommended on DOL) with little success, when I told my vet she said I should only ever use water.
  21. Well I hope my 'neice' who is a BC/Kelpie will like the medium blue one because it's all I have left!
  22. Well I tried out the Medium on my 'nephew' at the beach on the weekend, he is a ball mad BC, got him the blue one, we were throwing it, nope he wouldn't even pick it up, we thought we may have broken him! Swapped it for the red medium one I had in my bag and he went nuts over that one! Was having great fun fetching it form the waves although it was a bit harder to pick up than the tennis ball, must be a bit slipperier. Obviously he likes red better than blue, it goes faster
  23. I like the darker Goldens too, Duncan was beautiful, I never met him unfortunately. GR, hopefully your wait won't be too long, but I daresay it will be worth it RS I was looking at a photo on FB of your two with Mason and I was thinking it looked like a nice complete set Well I ended up going to Challenger beach, it was okay, we usually go to Kwinana beach near Wells Park, there were fewer people than Kwinana but it was very choppy and windy.
  24. Yeah that's what I said! Oops! Those puppies sure are cute! Is anyone keen for an impulse meet at Piney Lakes later? I'm bored and don't want to do housework i'm flexible with the time and duration
  25. Know any dog friendly bars? :D Jokes.
