Too bad if they say no!

We have Timber floors in our house, Merbau ones, and although the dogs haven't actually scratched the timber, the varnish coat is covered in millions of scratches! You can really see it in the light. I clip their nails every week but they are active and excitable (read: mental) and when playing etc run on the floor and trash it, we're hoping the scratches will polish out when we well, they are quite superficial. If not we'll have to sand and recoat. Next house is definitely having tiles that are not too slippery! As much as I hate the coldness of tiles, they are a lot more hard wearing.

Yep I got them from the shop at the K9 centre but as far as I know they are only open when there are shows on. Hopefully the place near you has them!

Wow, that's an amazing difference I'm surprised, Trixie is 9kgs and I always thought a Whippet would be a fair bit bigger! Although I did order her a 'small whippet coat'

Yep I'm okay once I'm in and running running, it's the waiting to go in and trying to prevent Kyzer from freaking out that gets me nervous, which wasn't easy because of how close they put the rings together on the weekend, with a very narrow walkway in between! This Saturday should be less nerve racking for both of us because it's on the bottom oval where we normally train and there's a lot more space. I am getting better, I felt like I was going to vomit and faint when we went to the Show'n'Go in Feb

Yes it's supposed to be - that's my long term plan, for the short term it's still scary I'm sure I'll get more confident with each trial, and I'm hoping Kyzer will too.

Kenzie's open jumping round was brilliant, she's fantastic in the weave poles too! Never mind, she has many more trials ahead! Here are my two videos from Friday night, thanks to ozjen for being camera lady: He's a bit slower than normal (so was I :D ) But we were both very scared ;) Need to find some good motivation for him, food doesn't really cut it in these situations!!

Ah you must've read my mind Ptolomy, I was on the Cool Champions site looking at cool coats last night! Price scared me off though, one Kyzer's size was about $70, they are $40 on that site you posted. I was going to order one for Trixie too but she is 45cms and the XS is 34cm and the S is 53 CM, might leave it for now, she doesn't need one that badly. Does anyone know how long they take to arrive? Do you already have yours Ptolomy?

I finally have something for this thread! Tonight (State Agility Trial) was our first ever agility trial and second ever jumping trial and Kyzer got his first pass in each We're in the finals tomorrow He came fourth overall in Novice Jumping and Fifth overall in Novice Agility, he was the first 300 dog in Novice Jumping and we got a pretty rosette because of that I am pretty happy and I didn't even think we got a pass in Jumping so was surprised to hear my name get called! Here he is with his sashes.

My guess is Chi x Mini Foxie, it's a pretty common mix. He's adorable though, awwww!
