Yep I did try her with different food, running around and playing like a loon in between But you may have a better fun factor Ptolomy I'm not all that exciting to dogs :
-
I think I'm going to hide inside all day tomorrow
-
Bugger, I have a friend up there with 2 dogs, hope they're okay.

The Rubystar dog to Amypie dog ratio is currently 2:1 which means you hog more :D I still reckon no ramps at all for a few weeks/ a month then try again slowly, backchaining it. She doesn't seem too bothered going down the ramp, it's the going up it that freaks her out. Sometimes it would be nice if they could talk hey, or at least understand what we tell them

Jeeez you wouldn't want to come camping with my mob but you already told me I was 'country'
-
I was hoping for a more scandalous answer but yes I figured it was for Ruby Sorry, I've only got a swag, that might be a bit rough for you :D
-
For camping? Why a double? :D

Only got announced today RS.

I never knew that about the Jarrah honey, very interesting, thanks PF! I've bought the Fewsters honey before too, yum

I check the free shipping section almost every day to see if there is anything new there. Had a pretty good training session last night, there was a tricky jump sequence that had 2 serpentines (luckily I train these heaps) a line of jumps and a tunnel and a section of three jumps that you had to loop around and around and around again then pull past a jump and around and a pull through and a serpentine (we had to walk it about 20 times, it seriously did my head in! Crosses everywhere) and although I held not much hope he blitzed it! I was pretty shocked. Both times he did it except the second time he spun on a rear cross. Maybe there's hope for us in JDX yet Then onto agility and as we were walking it I said to someone 'Oh this looks easy! Famous last words!' famous last words indeed it was a bit of a mess but I had a good instructor (Sue H ) who gave me some tips on shoulder placement etc and it made a huge difference. Amazing what dogs pick up on really, never ceases to amaze me.

Yep fine for mine, it's at home but pretty sure they were about 1cm in diameter?
-
So she did it fine after the see saw but then suddenly got scared? Weird.I think I know what you mean about stiff wobbly legs
-
It's happened to Kyzer before, I just lured him up to the top so that he could see it was indeed a DW then he was fine. Would happen every now and then after being on a see saw. Doesn't happen anymore because for the DW I say 'Walk' and for the see saw I shout BANG BANG BANG BANG! He soon learned the difference

My 6kg & 9kg dogs eat regularly: Chicken wings Chicken frames (usually roughly in half) Chicken pieces (sold for casseroles etc) Lamp flaps (cut into pieces roughly 10 x 15cm) They consume the whole bones of these. They also get beef chuck bones occasionally as a recreational bone to clean their teeth and keep them occupied but they don't eat much of the bone.

Yes Rosie is rather quiet, don't think I've heard her bark ever! I feel your pain, we have new neighbours and they have a Beagle X who is always barking at everything, which sets off the dogs behind us, which then makes the Beagle X bark more! At our old place we had a dog who always barked but we did get used to it, took a few months of sleepless nights though

How ridiculous, I'm not convinced at all!! I think I need some more photos so that I can consider the evidence and form an educated opinion  That's great news CW!

She Doesnt Seem To Like Anything....

My Tentie is like this too, he gets bored of kibble easily. He also doesn't like sardines (likes mackerel though). If he doesn't eat it it gets picked up. Sometimes he will skip meals but he doesn't lose condition and he's a good weight. I used to worry but now I realise it's just his way. I was also feeding him a bit too much in the beginning and found that halving his meals made him a bit hungrier. He doesn't get fed much kibble these days so it's not so much of a concern. He never turns down chicken wings / frames / pieces though, he loves those! -
Yes I got mine and used it at the nationals although I did make some modifications (took off the buckles and put Velcro on instead because even at the tightest buckle setting it was too loose at the front, narrow dog problem). I was really glad I got it because it was pretty warm on one of the days, it did make a big difference for him, he didn't pant, usually he gets hot quickly in the sun because of his black patches. It had a shammy side that was against his fur but it didn't make him wet, I had it on my arm after one of his runs and it was so nice and cool I wished I had a full body one When it was wet it was nice and soft. So not bad. Although someone did point and laugh at it because it was so little :D :D I saw a Pom with one on and that was heaps littler than mine!

They're only US$10, and free shipping :D
-
Yes I do tell a lot of people about things I got via free shipping, I made RosieFT order a bunch of Skinneez from there
-
I have the box here from my last order, they sent it priority mail (not sure why) I bought $20 of stuff and the shipping was $26.13 I felt bad when I read that, it would've fit in an envelope though they should have sent it that way and it would have been $8
-
I got a green so I can use it on both dogs I buy so much stuff from that free shipping section :D I'm sure they sit at Clean Run HQ saying 'Not this Amy person again! She's sending us broke with her free shipping orders! When's she going to make a proper order and pay for the shipping!!?!?!'
-
It's free shipping........
-
If you don't want tug ones they have rope slip leads on Clean Run at the moment for $9.95US and free shipping, I bought one to have handy too. They come in pretty colours

Tiggy, my 300 dog leapt off both contacts at the nationals First time he's ever missed them
