I got a Lumix TZ7 a year or so ago to replace my Canon Ixus and I love it It shoots HD video, and has a burst mode option which I use a lot for action shots, I really like it and would recommend it Easy to use for a photography noob like me It was $580 on special from memory. I think it's been superseded by the one SB is talking about? Not sure.

See I have the opposite problem, I like the PP40s because they are tall and skinny like my dogs Most crates are too low.
-
I have a PP40 that I carry around at training, it is a lot lighter and easier to carry than his wire crate that is a similar size. I like that it is more covered than the wire crate, he isn't as exposed in the airline crate. I agree that you will probably need a bigger size than the PP40, Trixie just fits into it comfortably.

I can bring it tonight for you to have a look at if you need, just let me know. It's at home.

Quick Question - Agility Dog Walk
pie replied to westielover's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
The ones at our club don't. From the ANKC rules: -
Well done Bedazzled & Brookie, great work! Good boy indeed!! Wooohooooo good work girls, that Ruby better watch her back, she might get overtaken before she knows it! :p A trophy AND a rosette, that's just greedy :p
-
Sooooooo Cuuuute! Have you got him heeling yet? I wish I had a puppy!
-
yeah probably, there are some baby puppies on the ground, just waiting to see how they turn out and will see what the breeder thinks. Thanks for the socialisation offer Oooh that's exciting! What colour do you want or is that yet to be decided? Yes I will admit I have ulterior motives because I'm pretty sure a Pap puppy would be one of the cutest things in the world. We have a Papillon in our agility class, black tri, he's so cute and is doing really well, should be in the ring in the next few months Every time he runs you hear everyone in the class go 'awwwwwww!' especially when he weaves He doesn't even touch the poles ;)

pie replied to Seita's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
Well we're over the half way point for the year so I thought I'd bump this to see how everyone is going! Following on in blue from my purple update in April: -
I expect him to be mouthy but not bitey - we won't have that Hahah remember I have had two terrier puppies, my hands have only now just recovered! :p
-
No, if it gets bitey you can have it back ;)
-
A dark Golden if I'm lucky enough Always ulterior motives when it comes to puppies ;) :p I'll help 'socialise' yours too if you want
-
Ooooh I do love Tollers, can't wait to see pics ;) :p There is a Toller thread here, I'm sure they'd be interested in pics too
-
Ncarter are you still getting a Pap? If so I'll gladly help 'socialise' it with people ;)

Here's a recent thread on NG http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=199233 I personally like it, it's the only supermarket tinned food I would buy for my dogs. I don't use it as their main diet though.

Hahaha yes Rosie has a special sock which makes her easily identifiable She's one spunky gorgeous little dog

Hold up, forget the vaccination stuff, the most important question here is are you going to post photos of your adorable Airedale puppy on Saturday????? :D For me personally I avoid the C5 (don't believe my dog needs the extra kennel cough component, my first dog had a bad reaction to the C5 when he was a pup) with Trixie I got her the C3 at 10 weeks and that was it, she is 1 now so I am going to Titre test her soon to check that the vaccinations were successful as such. With my older dog I had him titred at 1 year of age and his levels were fine, I'm going to get him retested for interests sake when I do Trixie. It's a personal choice whether you vaccinate yearly or not, pretty sure the AVA changed their recomendations recently to say vacs should be done every three years rather than yearly but not many vets seem to be implementing it. There is a lot of info about vaccinations in the Health forum, it's worth a read. There are others on this thread far more knowledgeable than I and I'm sure they'll help you too. Here are some threads I found: http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=200252 http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=197004 http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=196819 http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=190030

You throw the dumbell and the dog has to go over an a frame and through a tunnel to get it before coming back over some jumps
