Not sure if anyone can help this situation, but it is going on as I post this, at Centro Galleria in Warwick, Perth. Lots of people talking of smashing windows to get these animals out, unsure if someone here may have some "pull"

Women Injured And Animals Killed In Overnight Fires (caboolture Qld)
CrabyLion replied to Boronia's topic in In The News
Just wanted to add my words in here, when I first saw the news story my instant reaction was to come here and see what was being said. I was so saddened to find out it was Jed, I have been following the thread daily like the rest of you have been... waiting for news hoping to hear of some progress and loving the updates and pics coming from those close to the situation. Once again I am amazed at the wonderful suppport shown in this community. I am honoured to be a part of something so amazing. On another note, it keeps occurring to me that perhaps Jed IS healing with her doggies at the bridge, and its taking her so long to come back because she could be savoring her moments with them. When she does return, she will have the strength to deal with it, how can she not with the massive support from here and the wonderful little furfaces waiting for her return!!! -
oh man i think that is a multi dog owners worst nightmare to lose all in one go how very very sad my heart goes out to your family rip lil doggies hope whatever happened was not too traumatic for you

well it is done :D i know ive done the right thing, there was no question today was the day i sat with him and put the sprinklers on for him while we waited for the time to come, he loved watching the water and drinking out of the sprinkler, so i thought it would be a good way to bring some peace to him the lovely vets at vetwest joondalup were good enough to come to the house and it was a very peaceful passing, from flat to sleeping in my arms after it was done, the vets let the dogs come see that it was done and hobs gave him a smell and a big lick as usual and sniffed around the spot on the couch where we lay him on a towel he was the most amazing kitty cat who was the BOSS of the dogs to any who came on the property, he made no bones about staking his place in the family hierarchy, with 445am wake up calls to feed him when HE was hungry (thank you very much! lol) i think its safe to say he held top position for the 9 years he was with us. i got him as a week kitten of 7 weeks old, and from the start he was a dogs cat, being greeted on arrival by Jessy the border collie heeler x who was bought shortly after we arrived in Australia. when he was 6 months old he recieved a whopping dose of brown snake bite, that should have been the end of him there, it seems so unfair to lose him now to this disease - he was feline leukemia and feline aid positive this year we will mark 10 years in aus, in October, Morris turned 9. We also lost our 12 month old pup last year, and the morning of his passing he gave morris a big lick, as if he knew he was going first and would see him soon. I know that Bundy would have greeted Morris at the bridge and that after a few licks he would have had his snout swatted back into subordination Morris you were the best kitty, best friend and i hope your journeys are full of love and life and eternal peace and freedom from the mouth pains that defined your last year with us , im sorry I took so long to give you your wings, but i truely believed you wanted each day that you could have, and if i was right, then i have done the right thing by you rest well my sweet mousziewowsers
