Ok Siv, won't give up but choose the color you want us to use and we will go from there.. with the Maroon silk effect background you have, I think the gold would compliment it heaps

Freckles take it from a LONG time PSP user.. get yourself a trackball I wouldn't be without mine, I use my thumb to hold the button and them rotate the trackball its so much easier, and a hell of a lot easier on the wrist....

No Freckles. I'll leave it up to you .. don't want to steal your thunder. I colourides the background .. its yellow then faded to achieve that "gold" appearance. Go the creams, fawns, goldy type colour boarders.. Yours are fantastic, just some tips to help

Siv just looking at your site, I would steer clear of any colour that is similar to your background. Try and go your golds. yellows. creams they will stand out much better.. just my honest opinion

All I did was used the FKAfont. Size about 250( 72 isn't the largest size you can use, if you want it larger, just highlight delete the current size and type in the size you want) Beveled it-shadowed it. Both frames were done by me. increase the image by about 70pxls, select the enlarged area, fill with wood effect, bevel, the copy and past as a seperate layer. Horizontal gradient, and added the nails . It all sounds difficult and complicated, but once you KNOW what your program can do, it is just a matter of playing. I drew the lines

Christal & Zorro- I don't use Adobe but if you google Photoshop Elements 5 + tutorials you will get heaps of hits spoilt lab lives here - not sure which program you are using but you can also google merging photos PSP or Photoshop tutorial and you will get load of hits.. its how I learnt

Freckles if you get your freehand selection tool ( not sure if photoshop has one) and draw arond the eye then go to colourize it is heaps easier hope that helps
