No I made that background using gradient floodfill, colourised blue,radial blur, texture effect moasic weave, then boarder fade

Try googling Photoshop au and see where you can get the best deals from. I am a Paintshop user so cannot help you there Kelpie-i thanks for the compliment, half the time I astound myself.. lol
