ILTBY- look fantastic I don't mind people borrowing my style, I see it as a compliment

I don't mind but its good to try and expand it to make it your own. Like take the idea and run with ideas of your own. I saw one of the other signatures ( can't remember now who's) and thought wow, I like the way that looks and just added my own dimention. I find the trick with backgrounds it to compliment rather that overpower. It's what makes or breaks the siggie So I pull a colour from the background and use that ( or a colour suggested to me by the siggie recipient) But hey, we all have our own styles and ideas,,, and thats whats good about this thread, we can bounce off each other

I have a different program to Abbey but i'm using colourize to achieve my results. Each differnt thing, ie hair,eyes, lips,skin is colourised in a different layer

Ok Tubes are part of the Paintshop Pro program, In the tools depending on what version you are using you will have an icon that looks like a paint tube. You install them into that. They come in handy for heaps of things. LMWS sorry it took so long I went for a Nanna Nap.. lol

I think its more that I can do a really nice poster for them a lot cheaper than paying someone outside the town to come up with something they don't really like which is what happened about 2 years ago

ILTBY I am trying to keep a nice balance of it being a hobby and also a means to gain income. I don't want to loose the "edge" by doing it TOO much. I find doing the pictures here I gain experience, and also am able to try new ideas that people sometimes come up with. Most of the work I have done here so far is all new to me. Had never done an OOB or merged like I have done here so its great to test new skills and try different things out.I have done heaps of work where I have put pictures together but not in a way that it looks so natural and normal. My biggest assest is I have used PSP fo a long time so know the program well and now I'm able to put a few things I have learnt into practice. Added bonus all round.

Ok I have upload a heap of brushes to my photobucket. Those Paintshop Pro users who want some Photoshop brushes just pm me and I will let you know how to access them. Too many to post here 0ver 40 so far.

Gawd what a long day. ILTBY. I did the poster last year basically as a favour, but this year I'm getting paid for it. ( woohoo) plus i've been booked to do next years so this year will be out getting lots of photos. The Tourist Infomation Centre here want me to do a brochure on the silouettes that dot our area, but just waiting for signed consent from the artist who made them. So will see how that goes.
