Wow. That is fantastic. What a breeder! I wouldnt expect it but sure wouldnt say no if it was offered. Love the bit about his sheepskin puppy blankie :D -
Anyone? Surely we have breeders/owners of this fab little breed here on dol. Looking forward to reading about the development of the Aussie.

1st breeder - just the pedigree. 2nd breeder - standard puppy pack, breeder box of food, collar and lead, toys, brush, ongoing support 24/7 3rd breeder - standard puppy pack, food, pup's fave plate, toy, ongoing support 24/7. For me the extras are nice but not necessary. I'm just interested in a breeder who cares enough about their pups and their puppy buyers that they want to give the ongoing support if needed. -
Could you sen to me as well please Puggles? My brother bought a pup from a 'breeder' who desexes all pups at 6 weeks. I'm a tad concerned. Ta.

This is Northern Ireland not Ireland. Different laws. What's the story with special insurance in NI in regard to restricted breeds and do we have them here? -
Scratch that - friend has number and made an appointment.

Does anyone have Barnsley's phonenumber? Thanks in advance. Will pass on this thread to a friend. Ta.

Ms Brown said that she had been offered the dog back, but only if he was neutered, walked on a leash and insured. However, she said that she had not been able to get insurance to cover the animal because it was now classed as a banned breed. What's the story with insurance in Ireland? Do restricted breeds here have to have special insurance? -
For what purpose eg ratting? Thanks in advance.

Any news on this poor lad? -
Ooh yes Daisy certainly looks unhappy while incarcerated, Huski
-
Deary me. Crating is great, seven. It gives your pup a safe little 'den', a safety mechanism in the car and if ever he is injured and needs to be confined while he recovers, god forbid, - you dont want to suddenly have to lock him in a crate at that point if he isnt used to it. Goodluck with the new arrival.

What is ignorant is people who ID THEIR OWN dog as a bullbreed when it isnt. Take it up with them - start with yourself.

Does anyone know how the two kids are that needed surgery?
-
It WAS her business. Deary me.

Gee that's like...deary me, Wazza.

OK. The journo does not, at any stage in the original article, CLAIM that the dog is a pitbull.
