I think the white is a great choice, goes well with her coat

Sorry for taking so long to reply - thanks a lot guys, it was really fun! I love just waiting and seeing what you come up with, you never know what formations the lights are going to make. Knuckles, my friend and I actually did some stuff with a torch the other night Tried a bit of light drawing and painting. It was a lot of fun, would like to do it again soon- Obviously nothing very good but we got the general gist of it.

Bugger, I missed it - huge congrats anyway Serena I received one last year too and it was the best feeling!

Headed out tonight and had some fun with long exposures on the highway They're not great but was enjoyable shooting them! -

Do You Feed Your Dogs Morning, Night Or Both.
iltby replied to ~Myschafis~'s topic in General Dog Discussion
They get fed at about 5-6 every night, and are given a biscuit each morning. They get bones randomly, too. -
That's so wonderful Bec, congratulations :D :D
-
Too ridiculously awesome, congrats to you both
-
Nawww, thanks so much Nathan

You need a 2.8 100mm Thanks, I thought it was pretty cool

Cheers Yeah HDR is a ton of fun even if you don't come up with much. I noticed that too...might try fixing it.
-
Okay this is very sloppy but is it sort of what you had in mind? - ETA: That'd be great. P.S: It is a blending of 3 exposures, not a 'fake' HDR.
-
Thanks for that Ash. You use Photomatix to create the HDR and then edit further in Photoshop, so it's a matter of getting everything right in Photomatix which I'm still trying to work out I'll have another shot at it though.
-
Thanks a lot Nathan I was really happy with yesterday's lot of photos so I think I got what I was after. Shell, yeah, the blue came out incredibly brightly...I'm still trying to get my head around HDR, it's really difficult to work out! I'll keep at it. Thanks Mag

The landscapes were taken with my 10-20mm Sigma It's been pretty neglected so I thought I should start using it. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely give that a try My friend and I were planning to go out and do some street photography anyway which would be a big change. Thanks a lot Serena The Malamute shots were pretty lame originally but I was bored and decided to have a play and I really like them now. ETA: Thanks Firestone and Amika!

Thanks a lot Jacq and Nathan Here's another lot from the 4th...I'm still really unhappy with them and I don't know why- An attempt at HDR...probably my best yet but still pretty so-so.

Yeah, I'm in Katoomba too But no, definitely didn't have a tumor...hope the other girl found her way home. Tilly didn't stop for me either, I just ran after her. Looks like the RSPCA isn't open today so I'll check in with them tomorrow.
-
Sorry Missymoo - Axle went missing in 2008 (I think) from a B&B in the Blue Mtns and was never found.
-
Not that I saw Melissa.
-
Dropped her off at the RSPCA at 10, going to call tomorrow to see if she was picked up That's what I suspect has happened...the woman at the RSPCA said they were packed with strays so I imagine tons of people have gone away and their dogs have escaped. P.S: Her name is Tilly.

Cheers guys!

Thanks a lot, much appreciated
