The JPEG options don't go lower than 88KB for me I think it's how Macs save things.

Erm...I don't want to make it smaller. I want to make the file size smaller, not the actual picture.

Size as in quality, not as in width and height

Everyone's signatures were removed because of me My Mac won't let me resize things in PS, it's very frustrating.

You're very creative, I especially like this one ;) They're great. This is absolutely gorgeous ;) I haven't done anything new recently except for a smaller signature.
