Just open the background image and drag your cut-out onto it :p

Two things you could use - The magnetic lasso/lasso tool, allowing you to outline your desired portion of the photo and then extract it. Or the extraction tool. To use it, press ctrl + alt + x, outline your desired portion of the photo with the brush, fill your selected area using the paint bucket and press okay Then tidy with blur/eraser tool. Hope that helps.

I use Photoshop CS2. I was able to resize it in there- Freckles will actually be able to make the file size right, though...mine is too big.

You change your signature at a faster rate than I do ;) I'll have a go at one now ;)

Feeding raw is preferable because most chicken minces have ground up bone in them and cooked bone is off-limits for dogs. Like Blue Fox, I would recommend the BARF diet.
