Labs tend to body slam more than Goldies do And yep, Got Nuthin', everything you said just described a Goldie and probably a few other breeds too

It's a luxury palace! Yes, I apparently work to support the royal lives my dogs lead :D

Mine is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!! Great Dane size I guess ...... way toooooo big, silly me.

In my instance, the parents were never properly toilet tained and mostly lived in kennels, some occasional time inside but they would pee inside!
-
I would be inclined to agree with you there ..... I have had a kennel bred pup and she was a bitch to toilet train.

Yup, he's the one on the left ;)

Yes it's Sunday but it's at Cloverdale. Just a few minutes from my home, I might stroll along and watch as well

VERY acceptable to haggle even if you are buying only one item - and haggle as much as you can! I am a master haggler Front loaders use less water and are gentler on your clothes. They are NOT at all effective at removing fluff and dog hair like top loaders do. Top loaders use more water, wash more quickly (by far!) and the agitator may be a little rougher on your clothes (not that I ever noticed though) however a top loader picks up lint and dog hair off all your clothes and linen brilliantly It all comes down to personal preference and how much room you have in your Laundry. If I had room, I'd have one of each - top loader for pets and front loader for humans

There isn't ONE good place to go specifically coz you might find some places have cheaper products than others so I would suggest you work out what brand and model you want, then check out a few places for prices (yes Retravision is good) and then haggle, especially if you are buying a few whitegood items. Kambos Retravision The Good Guys ...even places like Kmart, Target, Big W have some whitegoods.

Sorry Rach I dont know of anyone at the moment looking for a dog... why will the RSPCA not take him? Probably because they are full with dogs of similar breeding. Have you tried contacting Shenton Park Dogs Home Rach? They are no kill.

Tie the dogs to your front fence and get on with whatever you want to do.
-
Or take them to your local vet who hold them for the pound. (well they do here as that is what I do with stray dogs and no time to hold them myself).

Settle petal. It's not personal at all. She is a dog and they dig! Hate to say it but they usually dig when they are bored. If you aren't well, maybe you haven't been able to exercise her enough? Does this dog bring you any enjoyment at all? or does she always p*ss you off?

Can only help you with Leighton beach ....... if you drive all the way down to Leighton, when you get to the overpass, that is the end of the dog beach. If you park there, and walk up the beach towards Cott, you will find you can actually only walk so far before the natural landscape will prevent you from carrying on, which is not all the way up to Cott. So to answer you, yes Mosman does join Leighton. There are also signs on the beach that tell you if dogs are allowed or not. I will be there this Sunday morning as long as it isn't raining ......

Yes! Although I wasn't scared for my dog, just everyone elses. I get so cross with my dog - he behaves so well for a period of time and then seems to get bored and takes off. I will call him and he turns around to glance at me ever so briefly before RUNNING away. If he slows dowqn but sees me coming - he starts running again. It's all a game to him. I think he is just bored with me. edited to add: He is now back on lead for the next wee while.

Well I didn't love my dog last night. I had one of the i-squeaks at the park - which meant we had all the dogs from far and wide hanging around. The people we were walking with had little dogs - usually well behaved - but when my sh!thead dog took off from the park and across the road with an i-squeak in his mouth, all the other little dogs went after him trying to get the i-squeak! Heart in mouth moment.

Great site! Another good one is www.ausflowers.com.au I prefer the native flower essences over Bach flower essences

Hi Korbin and welcome! I haven't heard of that kennel. A lot of people recommend Ashridge Kennels - always booked up well in advance apparently which is a good sign!
