I am NOT getting anything done at home and my list is HUGE! That is just the nicest colour Toller you have there in Strauss, a real Mahogany colour, but what do Toller people call that colour? He really is beautiful, glorious!

Can kick the horses out of one of the fully fenced paddocks (well smart dogs realise they can squeeze under the gate ) But well, I don't know how much free time I have over the next couple of months That sounds nice!

I googled parvo a couple of days ago and everything I read said it is NOT airborne, it is a contact disease.

Yes, it is actually a good time of year to bring home a puppy Lordy! TWO puppies?! You'd be a sucker for punishment I do have to say though that having an older dog does help. Paddy thinks his big brother is Xmas and follows him everywhere! eta - the floor is littered with puppy toys and Dougal's toys ..... and what is the puppy playing with? The Sunday Times and the screwed up receipt from the shop

I will take him :D They should put earplugs in the puppy pack when they hand everything over to you :D He was actually very good, he did squark for 10 minutes and then settled for an hour, he squarked again at 11pm so toilet trip outside, then back to bed and I didn't hear from him until 5am :D

Yeah well I'm about to give Paddy away! Just put him in a crate in the bedroom and the noise he is making is DEAFENING!!! I will wring his neck before the night is out!

Yes! I went outside for 5 minutes to toilet a puppy and got bitten twice! It wasn't even dusk! I think it's going to be a bad year for Mozzies 114 bites is a lot though, I think I'd be taking an antihistamine for a couple of days!

Local ones today, but starting Carolyn's next Sunday! They are so awesome! And Lincoln loved her, he actually saw her again like 4 months later and remebered her and got so excited (And remember he isn't like Paddy who will love everyone ) Wow, that's pretty good to know!! She also mentioned some workshops she was looking at doing ...... she is already booked up so must be popular! I also got a copy of Carolyn's book in my puppy pack which is fantastic, has everything in it! ;)

He's probably not quite as big as a Lab puppy but he's sure heavy!! I have put Mason's puppy collar on him as we are going to the puppy classes shortly, he's done nothing but scratch since he's had it on! I guess it's normal when he isn't used to wearing something around his neck ;) Maybe Monday meet up at Tom Lake Cafe?

About 14 hours from now :D Have had such a busy full on day at work, from 7am to 6pm, I haven't had time to get excited today and I'm shattered now!

How exciting it must be for you to be having all your own things around you! Like Xmas opening all your packing boxes I bet! :D How lucky are your dogs, their own pool, and the beach close by ..... in fact, how lucky are YOU guys?! :p

If I'm up early enough, I think I will make the trek down there with Paddy in my shoulder bag ..... leave Dougal at home ... although he needs a bath .... maybe a really short lead for him .... thinking ...... Yes, I am BAD with Clean Run. :p But I am all shopped out now. Paddy and Dougal have more toys than you could wave a stick at so no more. One great buy was the fox tail, both my cats absolutley LOVE it, and it is the exact same colouring as one om my cats so I have to be careful when I pick it up that I'm not trying to pick up my MC by her tail

Bugger bugger bugger!!! I am attending a puppy class in the morning and won't be done until midday. eta, that looks like so much fun, it's just the sort of thing I would love to do!

All I can tell you is that a friend from our local dog park has two Berners and they live inside in aircon in summer. They are spoilt dogs, so not sure if that is from necessity or because they are just spoilt
