Nup! I couldn't care less what anyone else thinks for goodness sake! In fact when anyone says something like the dogs are being spoilt, I agree and say they are, but they are such good dogs! -

There's been news flashes on TV tonight, they have downgraded the fire which is good news

I looked at them all earlier this year for the very same reason you are asking the question. There were only two that I found have an actual boot space big enough for two sitting dogs or one dog laying down (big dogs) and the only ones that came close were the Ford Escape and the Nissan X Trail. All the others either had a smaller boot or a sloping back. Otherwise you have to move into the next market and go for something like a Toyota Kluger (my favourite! )

Thank you for that. The dates are as above 20-30/12/2010 and the area is Cottesloe Sorry, I didn't see the dates in your thread title Have you tried all the kennels? I am no where near you otherwise I would offer to help out with feeding.
-
Can't help with kennels (doubt any kennel worth their salt would still be available) but if you can post dates and approx where you live, you might have better luck with finding someone who can help out!

I haven't seen the original post which has unfortunately now been deleted but my understanding is that owners of cross breeds are permitted to post here and discuss their dogs so long as they do not extol the virtues of cross breeds ... If the OP referred to the dog by a funky DD Portmanteau name, given that it was a simple nomenclature error it might have been a little gentler to just ask her to revise the name in accordance with forum rules. I've seen other members do it quite nicely. loungefly: Please repost. One of my doggies is a crossbreed and I've received lots of useful advice from DOLers. The doglet is a Kelpie/Lab X who IIRC from the original post is named Mia, and I'm sure is gorgeous. There was nothing wrong with the post or the title. Please post again loungefly. And with photos please!!!

It's a great name!

Gorgeous photos!! I know it's not, but they look like doggy holiday shots! And this is me by the river, and this one is me having a swim ....

Yes, I think the socialisation is critical too. Did you go to puppy classes Tiggy?

First thing I would ask is have you been to the vet? Usually hot spots heal within a day or so once treatment is started. Dog will lick it only if he is irrtated by it normally ... once it starts to heal, they tend to be less bothered by it and lick less. No idea about pants though sorry. I wouldn't cover it myself as it need air to let it dry and heal.

I have only given the Padster 2 puppy vax, next one will be at 12 months and then 3 yearly, or maybe just titre tested, will see. That's good to know!

I could never do dancing with dogs, I am way too shy! YOU?! SHY?!! I am shy with display sort of things like dancing or obedience etc, I am fine with talking ( had to a lot for my old job, used to give speeches to like 100 people at a time),but I am shy with things that I have to physically do. I would never have known! But I reckon if you can get your head around speaking in front of 100 odd people, you can get your head around DWD

That's lovely! And a very apt one to win too! Well done!

I agree! Both dogs had one each this morning, a big one and a little one - the noises sound like very intense birds I swear that's why they are so popular. I go to the park most evenings and as soon as I or Paddy squeezes an iSqueak, I have most of the dogs at the park running towards us The new balls from Clean Run are gifts for doggy park friends so they will leave us alone ;)

I have a breed that would eat anything so nothing is special. As long as it's food, they think Xmas has come. That's true! I have the mightiest of chewers (as previously mentioned) and he hasn't destroyed one yet.

It is pretty hot outside apparently (I haven't been out there, am sheltering in the aircon ... work is good for something!) but I do wonder how the puppa gets on ..... it's always quite a bit cooler by the time I go home so I hope he's just sleeping through it. Dougal is inside in the aircon and no doubt the cats will be as well ....

You are just TOO smart!!! I only bought one bottle cruncher and he buggered that one within minutes so if I do ever get another, I will take the lid off!!
