I've always heard you have to be careful stopping Prednisolone so I would follow the vet's instructions with the dosage and not just stop it. If still in doubt could you phone the vet to clarify? I hope your pup continues to improve.

Actually, why can't the council go for Menacing rather than Dangerous? Isn't that the point of having the new rules? Agree with every word of this ^. Why can't the council go for menacing dogs? Keep at them, remember the squeeky wheel gets the most oil? You would think the Ranger could do something about these dogs. He was such a gorgeous boy Sandra, my condolences, the first anniversary can be a difficult one.

Stan looks very relaxed! I love the pic of Maddie, it reminds me of a yoga pose. :laugh: Yes LT for those of my vintage she'd give Swami Sarasvati a run for her money. Breathing in, breathing out and reeeeeelax :laugh: :laugh: I remember Swami and used to love her shows. I'm sure she inspired me to take up yoga years later. My Labradors are not nearly as flexible as Maddie, especially the older girl who is nearly 13 now with arthritis. Recently she's started having trouble getting up on to the bed and asks me to help her up.

My dogs have had a few ear hematoma operations and they were successful. My main issue in recovery was stopping the head shaking and I resorted to using a big headband in the end rather than an Elizabethan collar. The vet had her ear bandaged to her head for some of the time. I hope it goes well for your girl.

I saw it today, it was a beautiful film in so many ways; the boy, the dog, the scenery and the story! :) It attracted quiet a large audience so hopefully there may be further screenings to come in the near future.
