Now re them wanting more - his beloved teddy bear that was his life line buddy to carry about and to cuddle up to has recently lost his face , followed by de-gutting of the white fluff, "Skin" still remins a life line, I dont think for long.. After 1.5 hours of training 3 days straight I ahve a dog standing near where I keep the ball whinging.... Havent seen a rat for a while....... Someone wants a unsatisfied monster? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl1.gif) Free to a good satisfying home (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl1.gif) Im assuming this is not literal and the dog is still happy to chill out once hes told theres no more oppurtunity to gain satisfaction I hate to think the poor things obsessing over the toy -

Socialisation & Neutralisation

Funny my dogs show their personality through play and likes and dislikes and are highly trained i watch people with dogs that come fiftypercent of the time ignore their owners but have been to trianing and enjoy romping over the hills and far away and see something undesirable and somewhat of a nuisance to toher people at the park for example we went training with a small group my dog played with me did some trianing ahd heaps of fun one pet trained dog spent half its time at the dam barking at birds and finally came back just to nick of again two others kept racing off to play but ignore their owners call to come back half the the time the other kept coming over to my dog and trying to get his toys and food ye i got in some nice training played ball rough house with the dog i let my dog have short interaction with another dog f similar size that has a nice personality and while they interacted i prctised recalls away from them and when it was time to go my dog happily trotted off with me to the car while others were still chasing their dogs in the dark lol I know which dog i'd prefer -
Do you practise sit then drop a lot at club often the dogs just string the two together and though at training your reminding her your not at a trial Id go back and be more variable in dstance duration and distaction level. and have her do sits while others are dropped and vice versa. What happens at club if you say nothing to her during the stay will she drop then if so then she needs to go back to basics and rebuild she may think stay is stay but position isnt part of it. Also has she got a sore back maybe she drops out of discomfort. I see a lot of people have trouble with the stays and usually its beause the practise routines for the ring rather than the individual exercises

My sister has tried various things but found the engine oil and cement to wok best. Ask your breeder or see if there is a local sheltie person that can show how much to use and how to apply My sheltie has the opposite problem his earls are too sofy and flop too much apparently but i think he loks cute that way so im not gong to do antyhing about it

dont use them dont really like them they take to much good timing for beginners to realy use correctly I have one it keeps the gate shut there good for that lol

Yes there is you can have a dog that will play ith other dogs and still come when called It takes hard work but then so does all training. Have you seen really reliable recalls by leslie neilson that is an excellent program that works really well i use a very similar program PM me your email and i will try to put something on papaer for you yb -
so Ness what were these terrible sheltie jokes I work my training group off lead it certainly makes the class aware of keeping attention on their own dog to keep it with them its a lot of fun
