I completely despise the "have you worn one" argument. Have you worn any training tool you may have used on your dog? Dogs are not people and some of them require different levels and types of training. I use a prong collar, but before I bought one I went to a workshop with K9Pro, had it fitted correctly and was shown how to use it correctly. ETA: Huga reminded me, I tried the prong collar to around the top of my arm.

You already have a Male stafford? Yes we do, a red one called Stanley. Ive posted pics of him on here. I wasnt a staffy fan until I met my OH and then hes dog, Stanley. Stanley LOVES living creatures. Hes best mate was a cat, he has lived hes life with OH's parents's entire male blue heeler. Stanley loves other dogs, has never shown any aggression being it male or female. Bringing another male Stafford in may change that. Having to "compete" so to speak with another Stafford male may bring out traits you haven't seen in Stanley. There is also no guarantee that your new Stafford is going to be as easy going a male as Stanley is . I know that there are no guarantee's with having a male/female combination either but as a rule the combination works much better.

I was asked recently at a show if I would mind taking some photos of a gentleman's dogs (his daughter was in the ring showing) I said sure I didn't mind and got him to point her and the dog out. He said to me that he would pay me for them. I didn't want or expect payment, I was just happy to take them and get some more practice. Anyway it got me thinking... What do you tell people at shows when they ask you to take photos? Would you want payment? Do you tell them up front it will cost them, or do you take them then send them large watermarked photos and invoice? How soon do you expect to view the photos if it was of your dog?

I think SBT123 might make something like that or I could be imagining things, maybe shoot her a PM.

Or Nambour show for the locals, are they have another dog show section this year? Last year they had a champ show on the Friday.
