Don't know, but Comfortis works the best for fleas on my dogs (lasts a month). I have to use Advantix fortnightly for fleas otherwise.

Thank you for your thoughts everyone :) His heart and head were willing to go on, but his back legs, hips and back weren't. He still tried to chase Evie for a couple of steps on his last day and wanted to go on his morning walk. I actually received a surprise message from Maureen on Facebook after he had passed. He was a Skyvale Prince Charm pup :)

It is with much sadness that my best little buddy-Skyvale Ime Nelsson, was laid to rest at the age of 15 yrs and 2.5 months on 30 October 2014. Run pain free on endless beaches, my gentle old man.

How much does your dog eat a day? Just a suggestion, but my girl gets a chicken frame and a 1 or 2 beef bones in the morning and then a bit of mine etc at night time. You might need a few more chicken wings/necks etc to keep bone/teeth cleaning properties up? Each to their own and just a suggestion :)

My girl had only had the one vaccination when she came over from NZ. I think the only difference is the NZ vaccs don't do parvo?? Don't quote me on that :laugh:

19! That's awesome Go Sue :D Speaking of nails, Nelsson is 15 but I have been amazed at how quickly his nails grow. I'm sure they never used to grow that quickly. (I know, less exercise and not wearing down but even when he goes to the kennels his nails have never worn down and have needed to be cut)
