I have three Cavaliers 2 at 8 months and 1 six months. They are mostly toilet trained except for when it rains. As soon as there is a shower of rain, they refuse to go outside and get their dainty paws wet. (they have constant access to the outside). As such, we find little puddles and the occasional dump on the floor. What can I do to get them go out in the wet? Stephen
