First of all, CONGRATS! I think she probably can run 6k every second day, but I think you are probably going to get injured if you just continue to run without any stretching and cross training. Google training plans 5k and 10k and you will have a better understanding of what it takes for a human to train for these distances

At the end of the clip Luke W posted, the little dog is folding into a down from stand (his elbows touch the ground before the bum).

They will give you more control than a flat collar. Just make sure you really condition the head collar before you use it. Don't just put it on the dog and go for a walk.

Laffi had her 2nd clean run yesterday Midge, although didn't had any clean runs because of knocked bars or handler's faults , was running the best ever so I am also very proud of her

She had an application of Advantage about 2 weeks ago.. My golden started to develop small, raw spots close to the spot I applied Advocate on. I switched to Sentinel Spectrum tablets and the raw, itchy spots went away. Btw she started develop the raw spots only after 1/2-1 year of using Advocate. Hope that helps.

Are you using any spot-on meds like Advocate, Advantix etc?
