  1. There are two possible subscriptions: digital one (US$19.95 ) and printed magazine one (US$72 ) includes international postage.
  2. what are you waiting for ?!!!?
  3. Yes, he would do the leadout pivot :D As long as you are consitent and your dog understands it doesn't matter what you do When Kaos is switched on he is amazing!!! I loved how you didn't give up and sure enough he was back to his amazing self
  4. Great job kavik! btw I remember you were wondering about the handling system... well your leadout is definitely not Derett's one as he always says to face the direction you want the dog to heel. Since you are facing the dog to do the recall leadout, seems like you have some Mecklenburg's handling features
  5. Yes I would never vaccinate my dogs against heart worm (and definitely not with an ivermictin sensitive breed like aussies). For aussies the only heartworm recommended is Sentinel Interceptor or Spectrum. I think there also some daily pills that don't contain any -ictin but I don't remember the name. Just do a search about heartworm 'vaccine' and you will find a lot of threads about it. Yes I know Laffi I will inquire about my vet to see if its safe, mine 'ours' used to be wormed with something totally different, can't recall the name, will have to ask Belinda, they had shown no sensitivity in particular apparently. A lot of vets don't consider heartworm 'vaccine' unsafe. A lot of vets would also advise to vaccinate (C5) yearly . Not my new one, my last one yes, I had book for a normal booster but the vet decided to give C5 which I only realize once I paid & saw the detailed invoice last time I went there! I meant any yearly boosters (not just C5). I don't think dogs should be vaccinated yearly.

  8. All the food stuffable selection from clean run are great. I have the most success with this, this, this is my fav as my dogs do tug on it
  9. the weight indication is for current weight so a small version for a pup
  10. I  her!!!! Great focus and super speed!!! Very impressive How did you teach her to run for it rather than trot?
  11. Congrats ML!!!! I have started tracking training recently so it's exciting to see other people do well :p
  12. I am pretty sure Leo can't be used for stud He does look on this pics!!!!! Btw I still haven't received my black and white girl. Do you have a tracking number?
  13. I microwave it on low for ~10-15min. It does STINK though
  14. This dog has a knee injury so his 26kg is DEFINITELY not helping. He would be SO much better off super lean/skinny that on the 'big boy' side.
  15. I would say 26.5 kg for a border collie is WAY too much!!!!! Doesn't matter that he is a 'big boy' unless he is not a pure breed border collie. I would think he would benefit to loose at least 6kg, esp now that he is injured. I would say he needs more crate rest so he can't sprint for the birds or jump on furniture. I would limit the exercise to controlled exercise on leash only for another couple of weeks.
  16. It used to be quite a popular method to teach contacts but people were/are having hard time fading them off. Because the dog realizes fast if they are there or not. I prefer to teach 2o2o
  17. I agree! Canine Country Composite is awesome! It's as good as BARF patties if not better Their raw meaty bones are excellent as well
  18. Black girl number 2 for me. Thank you They are ;) :birthday: :cheer: Congrats! :D
  19. To be honest I don't think it's a miracle. Dogs have an amazing control of their jaws. If the dog wanted to cause more damage she would have. As for giving up agility... I would say it's too early to say as it definitely seemed more like a territorial issue.
  20. If the dog has severe allergies and can only tolerate Cal Nat then I would stick with it even though it's only available through PP, it's not worth risking your dog's health and well being. I think Pro Pac contains only chicken and rice, but as I said I wouldn't be changing foods if you've found one that suits her so well. Artemis maximal dog contains chicken and no grains. I agree with Miranda though, if your dog has a serious condition stick with what works for you.
  21. PP has a monopoly to import Innova to Australia. All the stores selling Innova are owned by the PP mob. No way...really?? Unfortunately

  23. I would suggest you work in the same spot until they have good entries and can go through 4 poles You don't throw the reward first. ETA they generalize pretty well though
