  1. 13.3kg :) My boy would'nt even pull an empty weight pull cart when he first started, he just sat down all the time and refused to move a muscle..lol But a bit of persistance paid off and he went on to become the AmStaff breed record holder "in" S.A. Pictured below is him setting a new breed record of "1,330" Kg at S.A.C.A Park,...Power To Weight Ratio of # 40 . He was unbeaten by ANY breed 3 years running for heaviest weight pulled at the SASDC when he weighed 33/34 Kg and he was often competing against Alaskan Malamutes weighing up to 70kg. He also went on to take out Heaviest Weight Pulled at the first Competition held at the Adelaide Royal Show against top local and interstate competition. Not bad for a little Staffy who first refused to pull an empty cart..lol Just goes to show how persistance pay's off !!
  2. The answer to your Q is YES,and it's very common??!!
  3. If people wanted surley they could just send their dog's to board and train for protection type work !!... i dont think something like that could be stopped , but it's working with your dog as a team that i enjoy so doing that is pointless to me..
  4. Can anyone please tell me if the A.N.K.C permits any of it's members to participate with their dogs in any kind of bite work training eg. Personal Protection etc etc.. or what are their rules reguarding this sort of work..
