Are You Biased Against A Type Of Photography?
persephone replied to a topic in Photos, Photos, Photos
As I understand HDR ..it is the photographing of a scene ,using several different exposures... then using an editing program to blend those photos into one image . am happy to be corrected -

How Do I Get Rid Of A Mouse Outside
persephone replied to newfoundlandandus's topic in General Dog Discussion
No- let it breed and raise a family to pee everywhere, chew holes in your house ,bring fleas inside and poo in the ceiling. -
If you bought from a reputable breeder - see what other dogs in the bloodline look like - do they have ears like this pup? Also, if the breeder is reputable and experienced, ask their advice on taping.

No idea- sounds as if he may be feeling very nauseous and is eating grass as his instinct tells him ... Nausea could be anything , and I hope the vets can help.

Buy yourself some of those round cake tins with the bit in the middle (to make cakes with a hole) feed 3/4 pups from each one. NO walking thru food /fighting/mess.

Giving Up Dog As Not Safe To Walk Him
persephone replied to loveleroy's topic in General Dog Discussion
loveleroy- being attacked is a very scary thing .I can understand how you are feeling...and this is why we are suggesting you get help. Unfortunately, your dog sounds as if he needs a LOT more to occupy his brain than you at present have time or energy for . While a 6 km walk will go some way to keeping him physically healthy ...he needs 'work' to do - obedience/agility...or sheep herding, that sort of thing. is he desexed? He does not need room to run - he needs an owner who can get him professional help, and find things to occupy his instincts...to make him learn/think/work out problems because he has bitten a child - rehoming him will be tricky. The wanting to attack the cat (prey drive/frustration) also needs professional help. May I suggest you get a qualified professional to come to your home and talk with you ...assess your dog , and help you make a decision . I hope you can get help for your anxieties, and for your dog .... -
More Questions About My Foster Boy - Huey!
persephone replied to PoppyDog's topic in General Dog Discussion
Oh I am so sorry poor Huey is ill... and sorry your first fostering experience was a nasty one. I also think Staycalm's post is a good one... You have a HUGE job ahead of you scrubbing/binning/cleaning ..water/food bowls, your shoes/clothes/the couch/crates... carfloors/pedals/seats... Hope Huey recovers well ,and that Poppy's vacc's keep her well. -
MOOminicards I had forgotten about the order. So glad I got them today .. they have made me smile photos one side, name, email etc on the other.

More Questions About My Foster Boy - Huey!
persephone replied to PoppyDog's topic in General Dog Discussion
Kennel cough is a virus.Antibiotics do NOT treat it. Antibiotics are used if there seems to be a secondary infection, caused by bacteria . Kennel cough alone is usually treated with rest, cough mixture ..and time. -

. NO WAY should he have any sort of vaccine/worming if he is in the slightest bit off colour.. his immune system does not need another assault There different types of kennel cough, and not all are covered by teh vacc. -
Ooh I might steal this for a signature

I also had a thought... some sort of irritation/infection post clipping?
