  5. If the breeder uses that prior to puppies going home .. they'd be very busy doing all that for a couple of litters, regardless of how well intentioned it is !!
  6. Puppies do not need a lot of grains- they do not need sugar .. or coconut , or dried fruits ..... you may need to do it for a week or two though..while you gradually introduce your chosen food - just to avoid tummy upsets. BTW a lab puppy does not need soaked kibble .. they are quite capable of crunching dry food and bones at that age

  13. ..and you have come to a purebred dog forum to ask about researching crossbreeds ;) Welcome anyhow . why not have a read on the pages you find when you CLICK HERE all sorts of info and stories on many breeds Feel free to then ask questions on breeds you are interested in - especially on what problems you foresee. If you have NO dog experience, and are unsure of breeds- perhaps you might find benefit in going to some obedience clubs or shows to see the breeds in action? You may also learn from checking out the rescue forums CLICK HERE Lots of dogs seeking homes here- and most are fostered beforehand, and you are provided with support after adoption

  15. Why? I have known a couple of toys and they loved their bones
  16. perhaps ask for the results in print ? That way you will know exactly which component the results are for .. and that will be a help to decide on further action, perhaps It will also help you understand what it all does/means

  21. He's a young healthy animal... he is entitled.. rather he NEEDS to have periods where he can run and enjoy life ..to stretch those muscles, and get an endorphin rush . It is, IMO essential- part of growing up .... BTW the very technical term for that behaviour..is ZOOMIES
