..and , unfortunately, those in the same position may not be managing their own problem successfully ... Any case where a dog has actually bitten a child is serious..and as said, no one here can see the body language of the dog, the interactions between dog & baby , or family dynamics. This makes any advice purely guess work , which is not ideal. yes behaviourists are not cheap , however, if someone is struggling with any form of aggression in a dog, there is not much option.

I think it has to be more defined than bracketing .... ..... and photoshop does it too :) (I have CS3) Take photos. Open all 3/4/5. go to "file". scroll down to 'automate'. click "merge to HDR "...then watch & wait..and do final adjusts.

have never done formal retrieve anything ..but usually teach pups/dogs "Gimme" with anything they pick up ..toys/bones/sticks ..I get them to let me take it ..and then reward (don't use treats either, so can't help you there) once they know that ..then I just throw something , say 'get it", they run, grab it , I say 'Gimme" ..and they come to me .....then I throw, etc etc ..

Need Solutions For Overweight Dog
persephone replied to Kuri_89's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Your photo didn't work , unfortunately ... :) I would suggest 2 meals a day ..just to keep her feeling as though she is getting it all . 1/4 beef heart is quite a lot of meat, actually .... maybe just feed that in the morning, and the 1/2 handful of bikkies at night? She can have raw carrots to chew if she likes them :) what sort of kibble is she eating? -
The Best Heavy Duty Training Leash
persephone replied to galaxys eclipse's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
Ouch! What training have you done with her to teach her that equipment is NOT to be chewed? That's an important lesson for pups ..esp strong ones. :) I will also ask how she gets an opportunity to do this, when you are on the other end of the leash ??? :D You sound as if you have a bit of a problem when handling your pup - have you had some input from a trainer at any time? What did they suggest? There are other sibe owners here- hopefully they can help you ... K9pro sell very good leads, etc -
shivering is not always to do with cold AFAIK , it is also a sign of stress/anxiety/fear, and can be present when there is pain .
