No - as green tripe is meat/fat :) if they eat horse poo/graze grass , & eat the occasional bit of fruit - they are well covered in the vegetable department , IMO ;)

Actually , her not eating the dry stuff ..sounds as if she doesn't need it! :) her little tummy cannot hold heaps - and if she has home cooked , plus bones, plus chicken necks - she is getting good food!

What else is she eating to stay alive ? is she able to chew/eat bones/treats? has she had a vet check ? How long do you try a new brand for ? Do you hand feed the dog ? is food left down for her to nibble , or does she get set meals ?

I would suggest that you try meds - BUT please get a consult with a Veterinary behaviourist - NOT your GP vet . That way you can also ask about crating .Not sure if that would have him anxious with nowhere to go /nothing to do to alleviate it .Other habits may develop...?

Sometimes , if an owner is given to know that there is help available in removing the dog from their yard , and finding it a home , their first kneejerk reaction disappears. Faced with sobbing kids/mauled pet (possibly the first experience of death)... and the apparent heartlessness/aggressiveness of the once -cute puppy ..one answer looms large - and other solutions just do not enter into it . Sure, there are folks who would PTS just because ... Hope this situation was resolved happily.
