1. that does look a bit like one .. many of the "wandering dew' family are used in decorative plantings :) they are not generally 'weeds'. Ok - so dog has been itchy for a few months. When did you start renovating????? Any times that match? it may also be a dust/chemical/timber....... just a thought. (Oh - I have slow internet - a lot of stuff doesn't work properly )
2. Sorry, I can't load those images. Allergies can be to anything, from plants,to fleas (and it takes ONE bite) to food colourings, to carpet shampoo ! Plants don't 'magically' start an allergy response - dogs need to lie on/in , or sit on, or walk thru ..or inhale pollen from flowers ... /Wandering Dew /Tradescantia ( google it) is a prime suspect , and it comes in decorative types . many grasses - like on ovals/lawns/in parks/paddocks can cause allergies, too. Some dogs are allergic to common foods - like BEEF! It is frustrating On the top R/H of the page is a search option ... enter stuff like Allergy , or "itchy dog" and see what comes up. best of luck.
3. ..Of course :) talie - your boy sounds very settled When Doofus Don jumps up into the tray of the 4WD ..he sort of leans/rolls over for a belly rub /snuggle ... He also gets an apple or other chewy each night when we go to bed - and always waits until I am in bed and settled , before I hear "Crunch, Chomp " . He also doesn't always finish it ..and grabs it in the morning ...to take to his outdoor bed :)
4. waaah ..I just copied the link .......... t'weren't me , honest .....
5. oops- I DO hope your weekend is better than that experience ...
6. PERSE DID NOT WANT YOU TO WATCH 'THAT' Perse apologises for the inconsistency of the internetz. perse really hopes you enjoy the fixed version. perse runs away ......
7. My apologies folks - have NO idea what happened there :( THIS is what it's supposed to be .
8. GET puppy ... :) I think it would be a useful thing to have pup stay elsewhere during their time away ....
9. he,he -- A 'self-warming' effect can be achieved at low cost easily made by using the shiny windscreen sunshields ;) But on floor of crate/bottom of bed ..enclose in a pillow case or whatever . They work well.
10.

I found some on ebay ... LINK (sorry) puter being silly http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SCOTTIE-ALLNIGHT-3-PACK-MICROWAVE-HEAT-PAD-BED-WARMER-HOT-WATER-BOTTLE/251978081585?_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985&_trkparms=aid%3D444000%26algo%3DSOI.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140107090229%26meid%3Dce048a2c30cd409d8961e2d589ee0d09%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D3%26sd%3D251974348751
11. I think xylitol is used in protein bars/mixes that have PB in them ... not actual peanut butter. BUT , yes, it also in sugar free stuff like sweets/chewing gum ....

15.

ha!- I told him about DOL dog, Stan ...MISTAKE. last night, one of the coldest ..at - 2 ..he took his water dish into his bed - and yes- it had water in . Seems a Stan-ish idea ;) Sorry ,hazywal.

17. I love the photo of her in pink :) She is a lucky puppy to have such an owner !
18. ....and I definitely would NOT be passing on the breeder's name to friends wanting a pup. several red lights there.
19.

I'd add some extra water to her dinner too if you aren't already

why not take the cone off a few times a day and encourage/tell her to have a drink? That seems to me easier than syringing ;) ?
20. poor pup. food amount seems to be fine - she is certainly not thin :) Perhaps she has learned to do blah blah, and the food appears! ;) There have been lots of posts on D O L about itchy staffies - and blue staffies with problems - go up to 'search' - type in itchy staffy , or similar , and see what you might find . I would also suggest you look at some supplements to help her immune system - it will be working so hard coping with everything itchy, plus vaccines , plus whatever flea/wormer she has . The tooth/jaw thing concerns me a bit - did the vet say the adult teeth would grow in straight ? It would be awful if a jaw misalignment means she needs teeth removed etc .
