  1. D'you think this is a bit large for Ash ? oh , and , I think introductions are in order meet Ash , VERY unfortunate accidental son of Smoke , grandson of Don , and one of the toughest , most self reliant pups I've met . Was rehomed , but eventually proved too much dog for a sedate , polite, GR girl and her family , so is back home where he can be a roughnut . and as a baby ....
  2. .....photos are really NOT neccesary ...really ;)
  3. just a little dribble ... sheesh .. cannot a person eagerly anticipate viewing something of beauty ? ;)
  4. oh :D :D How wonderful is this - how different are they each from the other ..and how LARGE is boypuppy !!
  5. :) I'm sure there were no hard feelings .
  6. agree with this !! poor boy is anxious already ..prodding and squirting him just reinforces that it is indeed a nasty spot to be ;)
  7. The thing is ..we will probably NEVER find the cause of a dog's reaction. their senses are so much more acute , and they are programmed to find different things distasteful/scary ...
  8. I don't think so. Though when the breeder took that pic she apologized for him being so dirty. He's had his eyes checked and all good but might be worth looking into a bit more :) yes. he's a perky little guy :)
  9. how exciting :) Do puppies like him always have so much tear staining ?
  10. That's a good story :) the 'snake savvy' bit is interesting . I have seen that behaviour when youngsters first spot a skink, or a large beetle ! the wariness, the sniffing, the quick movements .. I guess it is an instinctive protective set of movements - which may be lessened over many generations of breeding ?
  11. Sometimes it only takes one small thing . echoing foot steps a nasty scent one odd noise exhaust puff in the face
  12. Worth checking , yes :) maybe an infection .. perhaps he was dreaming .....
  13. Dear little man - hope it doesn't stop him being rehomed :)
  14. I heartily agree with the bolded bits .... kind of agree with the italicised bits ......
  15. Thank goodness you have a roof and walls ... living in a tent with two dogs and after effects would be just dreadful . take care - your dogs are such a testament to good care . :)
  16. So you do have two 'problem children' . Rusy certainly has had his share of worries, it seems. How old is he?
