I usually put say three or four drops on each essential oil in about 200ml of water and spray on the animal..........i needs to be diluted because it can effect their skin You can also grow the conbination, on the farm i used to have these readily available and in the summer i would dry some out and grind up........i would then use this to sprinkle on the horses coats...........

Well i spent alot of today moving things and sneaking behind the girl in question checking out what she was interested in. She is now watched like a hawk inside and well everything that is left outside i have decided to sacrifice for her wellbeing along with my sanity. Goodbye my lovely new shrubs (Im the idiot that thought they could survive her :D )

I used to buy the made for use cloths but after realising how much money is spent on them i started to do the same as D+D............... I cut up lots of chux clothes and soak them in water with a little bitty bit of dog shampoo then squeeze the excess water out and put in a tupperware container.......works the same and alot cheaper

Two questions 1) Do stop chew sprays really work and can anyone please reccommend one 2) Can chewing be trained out of a dog, I know that sounds a funny question so ill try and put it in perspective. Roxy has toys everywhere, rawhides and other chewable things everyday along with her RMB in the morning but still she chews everything she shouldnt........furniture, toilet rolls, pillows, socks and these things arent just laying around (well i spose the furniture is) she gets up on tables and beds to get these things to chew. I also realise this is a puppy chewing thing but has anyone had any luck in teaching a dog what to chew and what not Who knows maybe im dreaming that i can fix this
-
I used to feed only once a day but since ive been feeding BARF i go twice a day........RMB in the morning and mince and vegies at night.

Does this include the pork fat chew treats?

Am i right is saying (sorry hijacking) that to much is not good for the dogs? I know they say a couple of drops to revive a fading puppy but wouldnt that be way to much iron if you poured it on kibble?

Help Teeth Advise Needed Please (updated)
Kingsleychi replied to Kingsleychi's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
K Bit of an update, Roxy went to the vet and turns out it was a baby tooth. No root involved, which is actually a bit of a worry as this makes her younger than what i first expected. What's the oldest anyone has had a baby tooth come out? san rita Roxy is actually a Ridgeback X Mastiff......she came into rescue 6 months ago heavily pregnant and i fell in love so she never left.
