It depends for me. I could have ended up in the same situation. Had house sitters looking after my dogs, my shih tzu got out and ended up at the pound. Not only did his chip not get picked up he was listed as a female pekinese. If there was some genuine reasons I'd give the dog back.

You might need a magnifying glass too for the little ones.

Look at the underside of the tick, google will show you the difference between a paralysis and cattle tick, it's easy to spot once you have pictures of the underside of both.

Well I'm about to start living in a caravan so I can afford to keep my dogs. If I didn't have them I could rent a room in a share house but I won't be able to afford to rent a house which is what I would need. They better be grateful :laugh:

I wonder if mandatory DNA testing for parentage on every dog and a tightening on numbers bred help? I am not a ban racing advocate but obviously would like to see less greys going down.

Read a few posts back, she is a friend of Lola's and moved into the property. Got into a fight with the neighbour who they blamed for dobbing them into the rspca. Lola and Ena claim it was over some loose cats on the neighbours property but Ena had been running her mouth about the neighbour calling the rspca. Ena is charged with assault, case still going.
