Thanks, yes I did find that but wondered if anyone has a dog which has/had one, this is attached near the vulva and hangs down about 6". She looks like a male dog at first sight,it looks like testicles. My vet says it is not cancer and not to worry as long as it is not rubbing on the ground when she is lying down etc.

Has anyone had experience with this condition in their dog? Can't really find out much about it on line. thanks

I too must thank Neil for allowing me to have one of his Fauve puppies. I am so glad I made the trip to the Canberra Royal this year and met him and Susan and then to win BOB against 14 other Fauves. He was so pleased to see his girl win. The pain is over now and may he be at peace with all his dogs which have been waiting for him in the park over the rainbow bridge. Annie & Cypher

There will be a sign and it means you do not have to go through the top gate which is the racecourse entrance. We wanted to avoid the problems we had last time,not being able to get across the race track. :)

Well 13 puppies arrived right on cue,considerately in the middle of the day, 7 males and 6 females (1 stillborn). Blume did a fantastic job considering it was her first litter. All are doing well and eyes almost open.

Deerhound litter due 18 June. Confirmed by ultrasound at least 8 Deerhound puppies! This is my first Deerhound litter usually have Ridgebacks. At least won't have to worry about dermoid sinus and faulty ridgies!

After a lot of organizing, I am pleased to say that there will be a Lure Coursing demonstration/fun day on Sunday March 8 starting at 9am at the Imbil Showgrounds, 35 kms south of Gympie. The QLCA Inc will be coming up and running their dogs and members of the public are invited to come along and give their dogs a run, don't have to be pedigree, mixed breeds are welcome too. I am keen to start a lure coursing club in the Gympie/Sunshine Coast area, (SE Qld) and once established it will be affiliated with the Qld Lure Coursing Assoc in Brisbane. If you are interested in helping form a club please let me know, I am hoping to have a meeting of interested people sometime in mid September (when there are no local show/trials) to form a working party.
