Nothing. All Prefixes are published in every State gazette - even prefixes registered in other States. It states - Objections to an approved prefix must be notified to the office withing three months from the date of this publication.

I think there needs to be 1 or 2 people who do all the prefixes - as there is far to many that are very close or are common words - which they say are not acceptable. It goal posts seem to move depending on who is doing them.

You said it was registered 6 months ago by the time it is printed in the Gazette, that is 3 months or so after it has been approved hence the time delay in the appeal.

What was her weight compared to the others when born? If she was smaller then them, it makes sense that she will be smaller for quite some time. If she is not sick and putting on weight I would not worry. I have always been told a runt puppy is a sickly and small puppy, not just the smallest in the litter.
