No idea to be honest, no one has been able to give me a straight answer.

There are many coloured Affen's being shown O/S - The UK/AU standard only allows for black thou.
-
I understand it's not for colouring but for cleaning, what I am saying is there are other breeds of other colours who would like to use chalk to clean feet etc prior to being shown - not just people with white terrier's.
-
You would have to email Troy and ask.

A Great Dane I breed, fawn with blue mask (mis-mark) Both parents were blue and both carried for fawn, as neither parent was black the mask was expressed in blue. ETA If I had of used a fawn dog with black mask who carried for blue (over a blue bitch who carried for fawn) I could have got fawn's with black masks, Blues and Fawn with Blue masks.

Sometimes those colours don't exist in the breed until someone uses a different breed to introduce the colour. To me there is no rare colour, it's either correct (according to the breed standard) or it is not.

Not hard at all 10+ listed on eBay.

Thornit is for ear mites, wax build up, smelly ears, plucking of hairs in the ears It is best used when applied with a small makeup type brush to help it to be spread evenly, more of dusted inside the ear then just dropped inside the ear. Just remember that feet are often used to scratch ears and can often re-infect the ears unless treated at the same time.

And other coloured dogs get dirty and need to be cleaned on the day...
-
That is a bit unfair, white dogs only. I see the ban on hairspray/chalk has been lifted HERE

No breed dates have been announced yet that I know of. Can be seen here The Schedule will be published online at rasv.com.au and in the May edition of the Dogs Victoria Gazette.

Warrnambool/lady Bay 26th And 27th January.
SwaY replied to Bilbo Baggins's topic in General Dog Discussion
Even less tomorrow, I think only 25 in Grp 7. That's pretty poor entry. I 'heard' that some local exhibitors are showing in Melbourne this weekend. Would have been nice if they had supported their local Kennel Club and Show. That is unfair, how do you know they didn't help out in the form of donations or help during the year ? Just because a show is in your back yard doesn't mean you have to enter. I'm not talking about monetary donations, I'm talking about entry numbers. Many regional Clubs are struggling for numbers, so I figure if you DO show, why would you travel hundreds of kilometers rather than enter (and support) your local show??? Money is money; be it in entries or donations - It all helps the club. Maybe they don't like the judges or those judges don't like their dogs. It's a big weekend of International Judges, I can understand why people would travel. And since you 'heard' it, doesn't always mean it is true.
