  1. Poor baby, each settles in there own time.
  2. Canvas a dog can eat, scratch and bite holes in etc. Wire, whilst they can try to bike it, isn't going to have much luck. My suggestion go wire, and you can buy a canvas cover to go over the top. Crates come in many sizes, can you see what size other pug people have?

  4. Ok just an update, the vet has no idea. But i got to record this tonight, sorry about the crap quality :D It may take a little while to load. You tube
  5. It's that just working out the pack order?
  6. Missed this point So are we putting our dogs at risk by working them on the ducks? Be assured, our dogs eat the poo too! I dont' know the risk, are these ducks tested? I assume the geese would be, being around the dogs on a regular basis etc. The complaint was more of the its' everywhere, they dogs just want to eat it, it makes them sick, There gaiting with there heads down etc trying to get at it. I saw 3 dogs all stop in the same place on the CC once around. After that a lady went in and scooped up the poo in that area i had missed. I agree can't always be perfect, but i do like your suggestion
  7. How long have you been going to KCC? My last obedience trial was the state one last August and there was poo all over. How do they stop the geese coming up the front? 10 months or so, before i got my dog. I don't think they stop them from coming up there, ive just never seen there poo or them up there. Maybe they don't like to go across the gravel car park? The geese we can't stop, i wouldn't like them to do it, But you can't stop them they live there. I would just clean it up. The ducks were bought in and used on the area, it should have been cleaned up afterwards. I also heard last week, someone put ducks in the small off lead area and left them there. Then went to the large off lead area to let there dogs run!
  8. Oh dear, poor things Well then, there goes duck herding I guess Sorry, can't get rid of the giggles. Not sure why the ducks needed to be penned where the rings are though, seems odd. Every time I've been to KCC there has been goose poo everywhere. Poor things, ducks carry diseases, there poo makes many dogs sick. I also don't want to be standing in it, slipping over on it, Or having my dog gait around the ring with it's head down, due to some some duck poo, some inconsiderate person has not cleaned up. I fillied up two pooper scooper loads, so were not talking only a little bit here. Iv'e never seen geese poo on the front grass where the rings are, Iv'e only ever seen it down the back on the grass near the dams.
  9. Then they should CLEAN UP there mess! I spent 10min clearing up ring7, 2 weeks back, And there was still more. Geese we can't control, they live there. These were bought onto the area.
  10. Geese live there, not sure on ducks. These ducks were bought in for the day i think. A few people complained about the duck poo on the Sunday.
  11. The geese shit up the other end near the dam. This was i think 2 weeks back sat was agility sun was the show. They used ducks, some were penned uo, some in small off lead area, some over the rings.
  12. last time there was duck herding, it was all over the rings. Where not talking one dog sized poo, were talking ALL OVER THE RINGS!!!!
  13. I hope they pick up there poo this time!!!
  14. Nope water is taken away. I have no idea either, i was thinking since no routine is happening it was just one fo those things. It happens to people, so why not dogs
  15. Thanks Kaz, We have an emergency bloat kit which includes notes, pictures, tubes, ky etc. I also have the 24 hour emergency vet just up the road. I also have there number stuck all over the house. Iv'e read up on it many times, the opinion/advice always changes, which doesn't make it any easier. Some things work for some and not for others. Iv'e spoken to 3 vets, they all offer different advice on bloat, same with breeders. I would have thought if it was diet, it would be happening all the time. As i mentioned it doesn't always happen, maybe once every 3-4 weeks. ( I note her food, and nothing regular happens on those days ) Im always home, when she is fed as she is kept quiet before and after. I will follow it up with the vet next week, and ask about the bloat "something". Hopefully he will be able to tell me what it is so i can let you know. Thank you
  16. Thanks for the tips, she is still on 2-3 feeds a day. Dry and raw. No exercise before and after meals. It's a werid sound will have to record it i think. When she has the sounds i pay more attention to it. When i say she plays throught it, she is not running around etc. It's play time on her mat etc When you give them these tablets, how do you give them? In water or straight? Thanks again
  17. Sway sometimes has excessive stomach noises, louder then her snoring It doesn't always happen, it doesn't bother her at all. She sleeps or plays through it, lasts 1-2 hours. Like human stomach noises, just alot louder! The nexy day her poo is normal, so i rule out upset tummy. No change in diet or routines. Any idea why?
