There are always going to be puppies you don't waste time and energy on - wrong words but you get what im saying. There is sick, then there is sick. Every breeder has to know when to draw the line their own line, not measured by anyone else. Im talking about ones they need a kick start - premmie / supplementing a large litter / loss of mum / no milk etc

I had to tube feed one of my puppies, no problems - I learnt via youtube and a puppy Intensive care DVD I also talked about many times with a experience breeder, prior to the litter. A your tube video of tube feeding.

Why are some people reluctant to do it? And why do people wait so long before they intervene? The way i see it you have a puppy not able to suck, lacking energy, sick etc. Tube feeding is like free calories, they don't have to work for them. If a tube were to get into the lung, the puppy could not cry some also go into a coughing spasms.

I paid $121 at monash Im guessing that included a consultation xray was $143 to determine numbers - they were 1 out.

If you can make some money and not cut corners - Great It's those who cut corners to make money i have issues with. I guess people try to justify it to show it wasn't all about the money. We all know if you make something it's spent on the dogs any way.

Same goal as this year to not fall over and not have my dog shit in the ring I look forward to showing my new pup and having a great time.

Mine have done it once, I dod not know until they vomited it up hours later looking 3x the size.

If my buyers don't agree to stay in touch, they don't get a puppy. Im there for the life of the puppy!!

Bitches can reabsorb a few puppies, but still deliver a few pups. Get her xrayed to confirm if there is any remaining puppies.

Hi Showdog I have had a look at them and they are different. They are sort of like cotton string with a bit of silver metal thread through, unlike the ones from Clean Run which are all metal. After looking at the great rugs ones, I decided against buying them, as I cant see how they would work anywhere near as well as the all-metal ones that I have. I wondered what the difference was, thanks.

I had a mother and daughter who were always with each other, slept together, ate together, played together, got into trouble together. Mother came into season, and pinned daughter down and tried to rip her throat out. Daughter had to have fluid filled sacks from the injury drained from her throat!
