If the two top dogs finished on the same score, (from the selected 30-40 best results) You could make the winner the one who had the most best of breeds. Or tally up the best of breed points and the one with the highest tally would win. Or do it on challenge points from the best 30-40 results. I will give it some more thought.

It would choose the best results (highest scoring) for the 30-40 shows - not nominated shows like a point score.

I have spoken to some people about this in the last week, everyone said it should be 30-40 best results for the BREED aswell. The feedback was many people are competitive in their breed, but not at group level. (to me the breed is more important then anything) If Rising star ending with many dogs on the same score, i would like it to be done with the dog with the most classes in groups/shows. Over a dog who has got points for being the winner of their breed class.

In Feb Vic dog. If a member has - Failed part of the exam (Breeder prefix open book exam) and then: - Failed the supplementary exam They will not be allowed to resit for a period of 12 months. Great move

I like the double points for rising star, makes it fairer for those who always have competition - as apposed to those with small shows who often get a class in group as they are the only one. I still think dogs entered is not good enough - as some people enter more dogs then they actually show on purpose. Perhaps it could be done on CC points? I would also like it limited to say, your first best shows per month or something like that.

Today's judge was weird in what he did in our class. The open bitches, he didn't mouth or go over them. Sent them out and back, re-stack then picked his winner The person behind me even asked what is going on.

I told mine vets know dogs, they don`t know each breed of dog nor the lines they come from. I also told them im not anti vet, just anti vet who pushes things on new puppy buyers.

Responsible is getting a breed that fits with your family and lifestyle, and not just something you want.

Because they are Asian they would not have known any better, How do you not see that as wrong? because they would call there dog away from mine as if say oh that dog is dangerous, listening to what the lady was saying.
