I had a puppy leave at 4 months with this last litter. She was a feral little thing. She needed the perfect home or she would have been back within months! By the time she left she was fully vaccinated, crate/toilet/lead trained and very well socialised. She could sit/drop/stay/shake hands and heel like a dream. I didn't drop the price I just raised her like I would have one of my own. They called her Lucy, short for Lucifer!

I have one and it's CRAP ! It goes off and the food is gone - no dead rats or mice. I have done everything the guy who sells them tells me to do, and yet it still doesn't kill them.

There was an international judge at one of our shows recently where most exhibitors, even those he did not put up, sang his praises. He had excellent ringcraft, soft hands on the dogs, was well dressed, confident and paid attention to each dog. The first person who sang his praises on Facebook didn't win under him, and a number of people who also didn't win backed her up. I agree with the above plus - I have entered under judges I have lost under before just because I know they pull a good entry and I enjoy watching them judge. Nothing better then being at a show with friends, kicking back and watching a judges eyes light up when a good dog catches their eye.

I have not seen any for sale in Aust.

Hmm, but if the opinion is that because it came from Kennel 1 it's crap and because it came from Kennel 2 it's wonderful, how useful is that? Ask them to explain why, if they have valid reasons they should be able to tell you what they do or don't like about each kennel/dog. There is not point in saying because I said so, ask them to back it up. Either put up or shut up I say.

I prefer a heat lamp as it heats the puppies and the air that the puppies breathe in. Heat mat just heats the puppy.

When she is on the table and the judge is approaching stand at the front of the table just to the side so the judge comes up and get a clear view of her head. Then when the judge is really close, you step back to the side of the table, by now the judge should have her head in his hands.
