  1. the only extra piece of info that they would get from your licence I assume, is conformation you are who you say you are. But it does not have my current address on the front of it only the back as a sticker so I would need to print both sides. Then who is to say that was what was really on the back (or that people did not photo shop in a picture) do I also need to get the copy certified to it is correct? How will it work anyway when the kick you out they take a photo of you and put it on the wall of shame so they can check every photo against it? you would get both sides if your licence certified, no bug deal. I really can't see a wall if shame happening, omg that us the funniest thing.
  2. You believe that DV can do what Border security and Vic Roads cannot? I have reported a few "repeat" offenders and DV has removed them once they have investigated all the information I have supplied them.
  3. I am not saying that DV do nothing to improve the security to avoid members/potential members from abusing a system, but how would having photo ID stop this! Up until late last year anyone could join up without showing proof of who they were. The same suspended people would join up again and again with fake information A new made up name, new po box, new pre paid mobile phone number etc

  5. I don't see the big deal, DV are trying to improve the current membership system - they are damned if the do and damned if they don't.
  6. So for the 1% (which the new rule will not effect) it is a fabulous idea to hamper and inconvenience the other 99% and increase costs??? I don't see them putting up fees, so where do you get increased costs from? It's a small price to pay if you ask me, it will help to weed out some of the dodgy people.
  7. Fabulous!! There has been several new prefixes/memberships started up by people who have previously been suspended/expelled. I also know there are several out there who are in the above mentioned caragory, but are still members with "new" fake information as they obtained a membership prior to having to provided photo ID.
  8. READ MORE HERE Is Sampson the labrador Australia's most obese pet? SAMPSON the larger-than-life labrador could be Australia's most obese pet. At 85kg, he is a staggering 42kg over his ideal weight. The dog is so fat and so unfit that staff at the Animal Aid shelter in Coldstream say it will take him until Christmas to shed half his massive frame. Sampson is at the forefront of Australia's epidemic of overweight pets. He is too fat to be exercised. His bulging, blood-shot eyes are the result of fatty tissue around his head and high blood pressure. He has to be taken to the shelter in the Animal Aid van for his weekly weigh-in because he can't comfortably fit on the back seat of vet Amber Lavery's family sedan. She has taken Sampson in until he sheds at least half his weight, when he will be put up for adoption. "He's the size of a small heifer," said Ms Lavery, who works for Animal Aid. "It's obvious to get a case of such extreme obesity, Sampson has been fed excessive quantities of the wrong types of food over a very extended period of time. "His former owners obviously couldn't resist his big brown eyes that follow you around saying 'Feed me'." It is believed Sampson enjoyed regular feasts of fast foods and other fatty treats - food normally consumed by humans as occasional meals. He is struggling to adjust from a life of gorging to a meagre meal of a little more than three cups of dry dog biscuits and water. "Tough love means saying no," Ms Lavery said. "He has a very keen appetite and shows a willingness to do anything he can to get food, any way he can." Animal lovers can contribute to Sampson's expensive diet food at animalaid.com.au.
  9. I still use a heat mat as usual. I much prefer a heat lamp as it heats the air the puppy breathes in, plus it warms the puppy.
  10. I have no bottom in mine - easier to pack up, lighter to move. You just have to put it on a tarp, lino or something else waterproof to protect the existing floor surface.
  11. ONLINE ENTRIES Entries close 15 July at 5pm Baby puppies only close 19 Aug at 5pm
  12. And people won't pay this? They'd rather steal? I should add "stealers", "borrow" more then steal. But you do get ... "Stealer" - Steal a look at the "cat" often several times a day. "Real Stealers" - They take it and it's never seen it again. "Pissed Off" - They take it and you have to hunt them down to get it back. "WTF" - These are people you don't even know, yet they help themselves to your "cat".
  13. I "stole" your hot chocolate more then once.
  14. I like the idea of a downloaded "cat" I don't see why my fees should go up because some people can't afford a "cat" or simply prefer to "steal" someone else's.
  15. They obviously value it, as the "stealers" always look at it - often several times over the day. I would pay for an online "Cat" that I had to print out myself.
  16. Resco & Madan are the only ones I know who use that type of slider, they also make them with swivels. Google them for an online shop or visit a dog show when there is a show on.
  17. Wash your mouth out !! Love the "cat" I look at other breeds, pedigree names, learn about what breeds are in other groups, look to see if dogs I like are entered, see who is breeding what. I buy one every show and all the tightarses come to view it, Shits me when they walk off with it. Or worse when you come back to your crate and you find someone you don't know looking at your catalogue, they then walk off without saying thank you.
  18. I have listed them for cheaper then it costs me to buy and have them embroidered. Buy Here Does that mean the ones on the web site on Special are embroidered with your logos or are they plain jackets? BB They are embroidered - It would be unfair to charge people what I pay for them as they would be advertising for me, so I have listed them at a reduced cost.
  19. I know many who use Boracic Acid Powder to remove stains and tear stains.
