There are certain times of the day but mostly night that Sam will get very bitey in the way that it really hurts. Is this because she wants to play?

Thats heaps, reason I dont want to glue them is im hoping my parents will get me some proper carpet, it just didnt eventuate when we build my bedroom in the house. Where can apple bitter spray be purchased from?

Sam is a bit old for a crate I think.

My room has carpet squares and Sam is continually lifting them up and eating them and ripping them apart! Can anyone help!!

How many eggs could i feed my pup a week (not wanting to feed to many) it sounds like a great idea, she is just having dry food and some wet food atm, and what ever treats go in kong, from bits of meat to some apple.

Thanks!! I wish the door could just we walked out of but someone has to pick her up else she tries to run out the door. Yeah she cries when people are still in the house, and sometimes we ignore her and she keeps crying and others we will try and distract her but it doesnt work. Not everyone has ever left the house so im not sure how she would act. We have closed the back dooe and left her outside alone for 5 mins or so before (especially if she has been naughty) and she cries at the back door and when she has quited down we have let her back in.

Sam keeps crying when someone leaves the house eg. my mum to go and do the shopping. I am home though and she doesnt want to do anything she just walks around crying. She does this when anyone including me leaves. Does anyone know why?

No you may take your puppy out following the 2nd vaccination at 12 weeks of age. Awesome because Sam gets her 2nd vacination this week and she is 12 weeks as of the weekend we just had.

Its only after the third vacination the dog is allowed to go for walks isnt it.

Correct me if im wrong but I thought that the adult teeth grew threw pushing the baby teeth out? I could be wrong.

I give sam pigs ears, she absolutely loves them. We had a 31 degree day here last week and she had some ice in a bowl and loved it, she was walking around with it slipping out of her mouth for about an hour.

Sam does the same but only if she doesnt see the cause of the noise eg. Someone dropping something etc. She was unimpressed with the guy down the back who decided to crank his motorbike very very loudly and continue reving it for 15 minutes though!!

I have that issue with Sam but by the time I have the bottle in my hand she has stopped and gone to amuse her self somewere else or just stopeed in general. Can dogs tell the difference between mouthing and biting ?

I could never smack my dog, in my eyes its just not the right thing to do, im only 19 but love her waaaay to much to do anything like that do her.

Yeah Sam likes to suck or chew my hand sometimes before she goes to bed.

Just wondering what everyone feeds their pups each day to keep them interested or so they dont get bored eat the same meal day after day. All replies will be appreciated!

I think it just means there is lack of pigment in the nose.

Can Sam be alergic to grass? Although she likes to eat it all the time she seems to scratch and its her belly and legs alot. She definately does not have fleas. The vet reccomended an oatmeal wash or something along those lines for her tummy which I have used and it doesnt seem to work. Any ideas?

It was still pretty proofed from before, we used to have a terrior cross, but she was 15 and died. I was only a little kid when we got her as a puppy thus all the questions We have put mesh/shade cloth around the side gate so she cant climb through the bars. I think she is too big to anyway but just in case!! All our fences are about 2m high so she cant jump them and we are going to mesh the two big front gates just in case as well. Not that she goes out the front unsupervised but would hate to lose her. Getting her microchipped when she is desexed after her final injections. Any other suggestions would be great!
