Unfortunalty she licked it straight off my feet LOL , but then she hasn't tried to bite them again so maybe that is a start. Thanks Thats cool, sam did the same at first then didnt go and bite anything with it on

I have the same problem with my beagle and she thinks outside is fun because we play out there :S

Thanks Yeah we have a big veranda attached to the house.

Mum is going away next year and she watches sam when I am at uni, she isnt going away until march for about 6 weeks. What do I need to do in order to get sam used to staying in the back yard alone? This wont be all day. Thanks
-
I have used it, works great, sam has stopped mouthing and biting, only took a day ha ha, if u spray it on your hands lick your finger or top of your hand (preferably before the dog has ) and you will know how bad it tastes ha ha.

The blood is normal dont worry Sam was the same but is barely mouthing at all now some of her adult teeth are coming though. Ive noticed she gets quite nippy though when her mouth is sore. I give her some crushed ice which she loves.

When I put little Sammy outside and close the door she doesnt like and will continually bark but if the back door is left open she is fine. At the moment its not really an issue because there is always someone home with her but next year when we need to go out grocery shopping or what not for an hour I dont want the neighbors to have to continually listen to her bark I have tried keeping her out for small periods of time each day and this hasnt worked. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

yeah thats cool as long as they have had all their shots.

With Sam we just ignored her and she would stop, it only took a week or so and now she doesnt jump on anyone when they come over. We rewarded her when she didnt jump or no longer jumped once she was ignored. Now we just need to fix her jumping when food around

I have to wait for Sam to have her 3rd (two weeks yay FINALLY she can go for walks!!) because there is pavo in our area or something along those lines.
-
Sam does it as well, I asked the vet about it and he said its just 'because its there' kind of thing, something new that she doesn't normally have to chew and that she will grow out of it.
-
Agreed one of Sam's friends was a massive digger and they brought some i think it was called 'no dig' or something along those lines, and they just sprayed it on the areas and there was never ever any digging again. pretty good for less than 12 if you ask me.
-
Sam does the same only when she cant decide what to do or is looking for somewhere to hide her pigs ear
-
Sam sucks/licks when she is tired, she likes to on my arm lol
-
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or advice to stop the puppy jumping when your eating or have food? I dont want her to think its ok so she always does it. Thanks in advance
-
Sam does the same but she has stopped going for the pants now, and almost at the socks but there is only a sock issue when you are putting them on. I just kept telling her NO and if she continued she went outside, it soon fixed the issue. Hope it helps
