It's pathetic! There is nothing correct with any of the breeders and if you're listed here you ARE listed there, do a search of your NAME, not your prefix, it will come up. My prefix is under another Pointer Breeder and my name is listed as a GSP breeder Maybe Troy can say something

Ok, I'm the breeder who cancelled the sale on BB and the reason was because I was warned not by one other breeder but by FOUR other breeders (non DOL members too BTW) NOT to sell to her because she is a fruit loop, as a responsible breeder I had to listen, I did some research of my own and did get very nervous so I sent her a 'feeler' email, an email that left her with a few options to the problem solving of this particular pup, but what I received back well let's just say her response completely and utterly confirmed all suspicions!!! Sorry guys for all the delusions you may have had about her, but cyber persona's can be completely different to real life, sad but true ;) if any of you take any advice at all, what is said by those you don't personally know, always take it with a grain of salt, keep being friendly with those you want to, but don't get in too deep if you don't truly know all the facts :D I wouldn't have bothered posting but this is what prompted me. edited for spelling.

I would assume same here in VIC give the fact that I have NEVER seen one entered in more than one. I just did a very brief skim of the VCA site but could not fine the rule, but I did not look very hard. hi BBJ .. this is allowable in Vic - I have seen it quite a few times over the years. Usually new exhibitors who don't realise what they're doing. Or people who have nothing better to do with their money but spend it on entries

Just to add to that Megz, if the bitch wins Inter and 2nd in State, bitch is still capable of getting Inter of Breed and then in turn able to contend through to Inter in Show, not bad for a beaten dog You can cancel entries with Show Sec, UP UNTIL Closing DATE, after that time, you have to just forfeit the entries. If you have a few dogs entered and have pulled one of your dogs, please be courteous and notify the Steward of the scratching, saves their voice a bit

Then perhaps you've never seen a Pointer point at 8 weeks of age then Pointers were never bred to retrieve, they were only ever bred to find and point game

There is absolutely no comparison to prey drive in a Sibe and prey drive in a Gundog. A Gundog will not kill everything it catches, in fact a Gundog has a soft mouth, I've watched one of my Pointers catch a butterfly in it's mouth on a porch, trot up the yard to release it and play again. My Pointers live very happily with a Green Tree Frog that lives within their kennel run, each night they greet him (Kermit ) with a sniff and a slight nudge, Kermit doesn't even budge In my wildest dreams I can not see that happening, multiple Sibes co-existing with a frog?? :shakehead:
