;) Happy Birthday Cherry :D ;) Whenever I see pics of Cheery she reminds me of my Molly ( just had her 14th Birthday ) They are very similar just the color difference . I also say she is a " molly dog " when asked what breed

thanks for asking that question Derrrrrr never even thought of psyllium husks , Maggie has problems so might try it and see how we go

Maggie does the same thing. When anyone comes to the door she runs off searching for her toy and then greets the visitor. After 5 years I think it has turned into a "look at me " now as everyone comments on how cute it is .

You can turn them off I have cat . I have it turned off but everytime I walk into the room I have to pat it and talk to it as it looks so real . Have tricked many people who ask when did you get the kitten

I am not an expert but from all the cockers I have known they just love being with the family. If they are too be left outside you would need 2 , to keep each other company . Wouldn't think they would do well as a single dog and left outside without some misbehaving ( barking , digging, escaping )

I love looking at these photos

Cheapest Place Online To Buy Vet Products?
MTD replied to minxy's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I use Vetnpetdirect. No necessarily the cheapest but they have excellent service and they do give you points that add up quickly and then give you a discount -
Thats very confusing . I have a single tank " conmurra" hydrobath with only 2 hoses , the shower hose and the drain hose . Maybe give them a call , someone may have modified it to include a filling hose for rinse off

Unfortunately most of the caravan parks along the coast are not dog friendly . The only one that I know of that allows dogs is Golden Beach Holiday Park at Caloundra There are a couple of free camping aeas in the hinterland ( glasshouse or further nth around the kenilworth area )

I have a real problem with Maggies ears if they get wet during a bath , hence have started to put cotton wool in the ears , has been working well . When I use illium oti-clean to clean the ears this seems to cause problems so maybe I need a drying ear cleaner , any suggestions ? Erny Do you get those drops from your Doggy naturopath. ( went to the companies web site and all the "where to buy " companies don't ssem to stock it -maybe i missed it ) ETA found some

Wouldn't actually agree with this. In my experience, Cockers have always been on the higher end of the energy scale and not always reliable with children. Ellz - i was just speaking about my experience with my two. I compare them to our friends dogs eg. boxer & border collies, and then my OH's mums maltese, and i would definately place our cockers in the middle of the two spectrums. Fair enough. My experience probably spans a little longer than yours and with a wider variety of dogs..... My current American Cockers are laid back compared to the English Cockers I have known and loved and they still give my Kelpie a run for her money! I have to say Maggie is the most non energized dog I have ever owned . She will go for a run/walk or is just as happy snoozing on "her" recliner all day

Just a reminder, last trial for the year this Sunday Then the summer cups start

So pleased that Chase is on the mend and fingerscrossed he is home again real soon

Great to hear the good news You will be amazed how dental work can improve their health and well being. After having Mollys done she eats well and seems to be a much happier dog, apart from the fact we don't mind kisses now
