  1. Hi everyone I'm just disappointed that the quality of this video DH put together (Thank you Blenheim Boy !! ), has lost so much of it's quality since uploading it to you tube It came out brilliantly when viewing on our laptops, and it will be fine when it's made into a DVD ;) Does anyone knows why this happens?? especially when i have a really good (and new) camera ! Is it just a You Tube thing? Are there other video upload sites, that allow bigger files, that produce better quality? Anyway here is the video :p Video

  7. Hi Arky's owner :D I used to give Joey glucosamine when his leg went lame a couple years ago ( and i also used to gave it to Jenna for her arthritis). It worked wonders on them, especially Joey ! :D Like us , 'if' there is excess weight involved, that will make any conditions worse, especially arthritis... (Don't i know, i speak for myself !! ) Hope you get a full proper diagnosis soon, 6 is still young. Renae will be also 6 this year ..
  8. I actually love those 'fake meats' i thrive on them ! (the good quality brand ones) I rarely feed my dogs my food tho, there's never any left over ! LOL (they have had the occasional left over small bit of soya sausage, schnitzel etc) I never knew soya was hard to digest. I don't have a great working pancreas (due to having cancer a long time ago), but i have never had trouble digesting any of my soya food 'Normal' food i do ! Interesting thread

  13. Hi I can tell when my 2 need doing because they start licking their paws a fair bit, and also scooting along on their bums (even when they have been wormed)
  14. Joey and Renae have theirs done every few months, either at the vets, or when there's a Cav club fun day on (a groomer does it cheaply for us all) They both are good with having it done, considering eeeek ! I don't want to do it in case i do something wrong at the time

  17. Hi it could have been but i remember cracking another egg open before the one i gave him, and it was black and very smelly ! Maybe it was a bad batch (altho the one i gave him, and Renae did appear ok) He seems not too bad this morning
  18. to Joey!!!!!! The eggs could be off or Joey could be lactose intolerant or he's allergic to eggs.......could be other things too...... Best way to test if eggs are off is to fill a glass with water or bowl and drop a egg in. If it floats - it's no good if it sinks - it's fine if it stands up but the bottom is still on touching the bottom, i call that borderline and i generally still cook it (for myself or the dogs). I haven't died or suffered anything serious yet thanks i'll check them next time like how you have said too He does have a sensitive stomach with some food Renae had a different egg, and she's been ok so far :D Jules xx
  19. well i tried it tonight mixed with some milk, and my eggs must be off!! Joey has been throwing up big time tonight !!!!!!!!!!!!! eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkk the biggest throw up i have ever seen him do !! He's quite off colour atm
