Mine are certainly no angels (but I do put most of the blame on us spoiling them too much) :D They mostly yap when we get visitors, or there's certain birds in the sky, or when they get over excited eg when I come home from being out.. Some Cavs I have known are fairly quiet, others are very yappy. I guess a lot of it depends on if you nip it in the bud early on ! I do my best to correct them at the time. It was sumosmum I was feeling quite emotional on the day also It is a lovely community here MM Thank you Jess . I think all the dogs must have understood something special was going on because they were all very well behaved considering! Yes the town we live is very scenic and pretty, especially now we have more water in our lovely river!

Here is the news footage from last night.. Joey and my DH had a few seconds of fame on it (at about 1.25 I think?- if u don't blink lol ) Herbie's memorial service

Joey has always been weird about smoke eg bbq's, burnt stuff in oven when I open it... I am not sure why exactly? but he won't go anywhere near smoke! Other wise they are pretty good with most things including thunderstorms and wild weather (unlike bigger dogs I have owned in the past) Even the recent earth tremor didn't faze them.

I think its going be on the channel 9 news soon ! Look out for our 2 cavs just in case they were filmed in the background ! LOL Joey (with the red jumper) and Michael made it in the footage for a few seconds Renae and I were on the other side but we didn't make it onto the big screen.

Mita, LWC and Persephone I was just amazed how well behaved so many dogs of all different breeds/sizes behaved beautifully together this morning! And we were all so very close together! It was like they understood what was going on

Thats ok Robbi ;) It was a fantastic turn out, and the rain even held off !! There would have been about roughly 200 people and quite a lot of dogs! ;) I am happy to report that even tho Joey and Renae started out a bit silly, they behaved very well this morning once we walked to the memorial site. (and we were very close to many dogs of all sizes! Joey even sniffed the nose of lovely looking greyhound ! In fact all the dogs seemed to be very well behaved despite how full on it was ! Hubby took some pics, will share some in this thread when he gets around to them. They had a morning tea at the local RSL hall after.

well we are going soon to it. Taking Joey and Renae. Hopefully Renae behaves herself in public ! If anyone is going DH and I will be there with the Cavs( in a red jumper and pink parka.) being walked by a chubby short woman lol, and a thin good looking man(my DH) lol

I think I've worked it out, but not sure if it's there's any easier way to do it? It doesn't appear this board doesn't accept the new flickr's link coding So with the new flickr layout Go to magnifying icon above pic, then when its on the black background, go to the top right hand size. select which size you want to down load. Then right click on copy image url, then paste it into the image tags in here. I think I've explained it right?? Is that what you wanted to know?
