Oh theres so many of those cavadoodles being sold now I love using Aloveen shampoo on ours, and the leave in conditioner, always makes them smelly yummy!

its frustrating isn't it ! hopefully you will see some at the expo ! Id love to go but its too far away for us to go and leave the dogs on their own for that long I think Miah's breeder is going be there promoting Cavaliers..

I do up raw chicken mince mix and veges and raw beef mince and vege mixes.. I sometimes add small amounts of fruits (ones they are allowed) Miah gets one mix one day, and another type of mix the next day I also add (not with every meal) raw egg yolk with some crushed up egg shell natural yoghurt sardines/tuna/salmon Beef or lamb heart ( I do cut it up into pieces for our puppy) I keep meaning to get some cottage cheese also to add to her meals sometimes as well.. They have also as a meal .. chicken carcasses I think you have to be a bit careful not to give too much broccoli from what ive read.. small amounts of it is ok :)

We were lucky with Miah, we got a few basic things with her like a purple puppy collar and her own purple bowl and few other things including her fav toy :) Im looking for a bigger collar for when she gets older, but i haven't found any nice purple ones anywhere yet Lots of pink ones, but im not a pink type girl and neither is Miah ;-)

I can imagine !!! Been there done that ! I got regular weekly emails from Miah's breeder, but if she was a day or 2 behind sending them, i would get all impatient ! Thats why i started a blog for Miah, to help keep me distracted, but i didnt make it public until we knew we were getting her for sure :)

whenever we take ours out and about, and we haven't washed them for a while or brushed them nicely, and we get compliments, i'm always making excuses like they look nicer when they have just been bathed/brushed I feel like i have to justify myself, I dont know why I do that, the people complimenting them don't know any better

She's the kind of bitch we love to hate :laugh: 8 yrs on and I am still not back in my bikini I never had kids, and ive never been in good shape regardless , getting worse as im getting older !

Nothing is impossible re side effects.. best to ring the vets and just let them know in case.. especially if the behavior seems out of place. Altho young puppies are generally like that and if it was a side effect, it would probably do the opposite I would have thought? Oh ok you say hes fine now, well thats good :) One of our Cavs had a real bad hyper session after a flea treatment once, and i rang the vets (as it was out of character for him), and they did say it can happen and to bring him down so they could check his temp etc.. He was ok after. The usual side effects we have had from vaccinations in the past have been being lethargic and throwing up..

I have that problem with Renae, has been going on for ages. One possible cause could be Cushings, I am yet to have her properly tested for it, (in past tests her levels have been down) but because shes 11 and not 100 percent well, i dont want to put her through many more tests at this stage.. I also have her on some anxiety powder, which is helping calm her down a bit with her excessive need of wanting food.. My kitchen cupboards are all scratched up from Renae pawing at them all the time.. Just remembered i had replied earlier in this post when you first did it., and diabetes and cushings were my concerns.

When we first got Renae (from a registered breeder), she still had a post puppies tummy, saggy boobies, tattered ears and tail from puppies chewing on them. We just fed her normally and gave her some light exercise (in the beginning). She came good and was able to fit back into her bikini eventually She had 2 litters of puppies in her time as a Mummy. I would do what others have suggested and have a general check over by a vet, it won't hurt , and yes get her desexed :) Would love to see a pic of her
