I spoke to the lady last night and she sounds lovely answered my questions ( I did the talking and enquiry as the new dog owner wasnt sure what to ask etc ) she will also give the new owner tips and education on what he needs to do and re brushing , ears and all grooming needs required so the appointment is tomorrow morning
  2. And both are food obsessed I have the cocker and mum has the CKCS Mums CKCS and my cocker are both always running around "hunting" for something in the garden and both prefer to be with people or inside as much as I love my cocker my next choice will be Gretel's little black and tan CKCS ( so cute )

HydroDog Surrey Downs Yes I noticed them and they look good aussie pooch are at Greenwith after checking th white pages , might be a bit of a treck for them - worth a call also DBT - If you could pm the info or post here would appreciate the info little Maltese which needs a wash and clip ( apparently has some small matts ) new owner has just got the dog today ( 2 years old ) so a good groomer who can also give tips and education for the new owner on things like nails, ear care , what type of brushes to use etc I think a professional groomer would be a good way to educate in the correct grooming Christina I agree , I prefer to have my mobile groomer come here and she is great , But too far away for Strath I had one once that was way too rough even in front of me , so he was told dont bother comeing back Thanks for the replies
  4. Any one have recomendations for Mobile dog groomers for the Strathablyn area in S.A Please I have found 3 in phone book But word of mouth is the best recomendations Thank you

  6. tears of laughter here mine like to scrunch their bedding up before falling asleep to snore loudly ;) someone is ownerd by their dog ? :p

Sam is nearly 14 yrs and has had HD since he was 3 yrs old last few years Arthritis has affected his back legs and also a disc in his back is sore we have had Catrophen injections over the years but vet has had him on Carprofen tablets ( not cheap ) last few months and they seem to be helping him ( similar to the Catrophen injections) we give him 1 a day , he also has 5 Omega fish oil caps a day along with Joint Forte powder outside we have the tramp beds with lambswool seat covers nice and warm but he or Tara doesnt chew things maybe a thick firm peice or rubber or foam ( Clark Rubers Company etc ) covered with some form of lambswool made into a cover that he cant chew off might help I was led to beleive firm is better than soft for joints I feel for Atlas as the cold snap here has bought out Arthritis in my left elbow and it is painfull

He is from the show Doc Martin on ABC and mum has been talking about him for ages finally I managed to find the link for youtube so I could see how cute he was and he is adorable although it says Jack Russel I didnt think he was the "normal" Jack russell even underneath the video it then says terrier either way he is one cute dog :D I didnt know if Jack Russell came as long hair so wasnt sure exactly what he is goes to show rescues can become famous stars

  16. Well that just made me cry so much the other videos were also sad and then happy endings do we have links for videos like this for Australia ? as I am about to flood all my friends emails to spread this around even more

What a wonderfull tribute for Magnus and others who have passed over They may not be here in body with you but you have some lovely memories to cherish and hold onto with the love you shared I feel Magnus is watching over you as he has always done and always will Hope each day gets better for you Jed ;)

  19. OMG That is horrible. Jeff I find all this confusing you wanted to avoid them in fear of retaliation and then call his wife and keep talking to him best to leave it in the hands of the RSPCA and Police and stay out of it now sounds like you getting in deeper than need to be

Well I cried watching the video Jed you are a true hero you risked your life for your furbabies I am so glad that you are recovering and looking so well keep healing day by day and keep those wonderfull memories in your heart for your furbabies that passed over the bridge you loved them as much as they loved you , and you proved how strong a love that was
